Demographic developments already have begun to change the face of society. What does that mean for the future? James H. Johnson, Jr., Ph.D., spoke on "Disruptive Demographics: Implications for Higher Education" during Stetson University's annual Faculty Learning Community Day in January. It was a day of reflection and discussion about big issues that impact the university mission and learning community. Johnson is the William R. Kenan Jr. Distinguished Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and the Director of the Urban Investment Strategies Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
