The Demise of Live 365 & The Future of Internet Radio

    in Radio

    INTRO

We've talked about Live 365 in our previous episode in January and the word was (at that time), that LIVE 365 would still exist, just in a different form. The media published a news item a few weeks ago, in which it described a deal LIVE 365 had struck with Bluberry Media, in which they would create a new platform known as Live365/podcast2radio, which would allow podcasters to create their radio broadcasts from their podcast, for which they owned the royalties. But now, we can neither confirm or deny the truth in this supposition, as we get the infamous "404 error message" when we try to access the URL to this.

    WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN

Here is the link that shows what LIVE 365 had planned to do as a last ditch attempt to save the ship:

    THE COLD REALITY

    So is LIVE 365.com dead?

    THE FUTURE OF INTERNET BROADCASTING

But what about the future of internet radio? Should we take this as a sign that since one of the best internet radio platforms that ever existed has died, that the rest of us won't survive? No. Tune in today and hear our prognostications as we look ahead to the future of internet broadcasting. And an even better question, how can we, the future leaders of internet radio, secure our position in this space so that no amount of legislation can disable our right to get our ideas to the masses.

1-25-16 Navigating the Trade: How To Trade Bear Market Bounces

    in Finance

rcmTradingDesk - Your source for all aspects of trade navigation - From building trading systems to managing risk

Co-Hosts Bret Rosenthal and Bill Jacobs breakdown in graphic detail actual trades occuring in real time and teachable moments of recent vintage.

Today's focus: Markets don’t decline in a straight line (oil is testing that theory) and bounces can occur anytime in a Bear market. So, anyone trading for a living or managing a portfolio must ask themselves how to react when the swing higher begins. These swings are typically quick and vicious. Markets can easily swing 5-10% in a two week period. Our approach to handling this erratic behavior is as follows...

Danielle Park--Bear Market Blues For The New Year #2947

    in Finance

Danielle Park has been warning you for years about the unsustainability of the stock market's upward trajectory. Sure enough, right after the new year the bear market officially started. You've got a consistent pattern of lower lows and lower highs, which is never a good sign. The only real question is how long will it last, which no one knows for sure, but Danielle believes that if you've taken your profits, you'll have enough cash on hand to be a bargain hunter when the time comes.
