According to current guidlines vaginal breech delivery is still a reasoinable option but doctors are no longer taught it and most dont offer it. Today I will be talking to Dr. Elliott Berlin Director of TRIAL OF LABOR. Dr. Elliot Berlin is an award winning prenatal chiropractor, childbirth educator and labor support bodyworker. Dr. Berlin works with several hundred breech babies each year, most of whom turn into the ideal pre-birth position once normal function is restored to the mothers low back and pelvis. Dr. Berlin, a labor support doula, also attends birth, providing the laboring mother with bodywork such as massage, reflexology, acupressure, counter pressure, and chiropractic adjustments to help keep mom relaxed, comfortable and focused and in ideal mind and body condition for smooth, uncomplicated labor and delivery. Dr. Berlin attends labor at hospitals, home and birthing centers and can be instead of or addition to a traditional labor doula.
