"Relationship Tuesday" Together but Still Lonely In Your Relationship

    in Romance

Being married offers no protection from the dangers of loneliness: Studies indicate that roughly 20% of the general population suffers from chronic loneliness at any given time, and in one recent study of older adults, 62.5% of people who reported being lonely were married and living with their partner.

How Loneliness Impacts Our Physical and Mential Health

We typically don’t conceive of loneliness as a condition that requires urgent intervention, but perhaps we should. In addition to the emotional anguish loneliness creates, it also has devastating effects on our mental and physical health. Loneliness depresses our immune system functioning, increasers inflammatory responses that put us at greater risk for cardiovascular disease, and can literally shorten our longevity.

Do you think woman should be in the pulpit

    in Christianity

What are your opinion about woman being in the puplit, and preaching the word of God. "But I do not allow a woman to teach or exercise authority over a man, but to remain quiet, 13 For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve," (1 Tim. 2:12-13)

The Painful Truth Show. Still in the dating game?

    in Entertainment

What makes a person too young to date? What makes a person too old to date? Do these rules apply everywhere? How would I know if someone that I want to date is too young for me or if they are too old for me? What is the acceptable minimum age for your own (and others’) dating partners? When this question comes up in conversation, someone inevitably cites the “half your age plus seven” rule. This rules states that by dividing your own age by two and then adding seven you can find the socially-acceptable minimum age of anyone you want to date.  So if you’re a 24 year-old, you can feel free to be with anyone who is at least 19 (i.e., 12 + 7) but not someone who is 18. Okay now that you are really confused chime in and share your views Jan 8 9AM EST

    Self-Love and Confidence Part I

    in Spirituality

Selfish and Self-Love are not the same. They are not even similar. Self-Love is staking out your claim on self-confidence and the acutalization of taking time to know who you are. The only way to realize and know the real you is to take the time to be alone. Go within to allow yourself to grow from the inside out, not just physically, but especially mentally and emotionally. Take the time to be still and listen intuitive. Through these actions you will know your truth now & for the future.

Just so we're clear  of our definistions:

Self-Love =  is a state of appreciation for oneself that grows from actions that support our physical, psychological and spiritual growth. ...is dynamic; it grows by actions that mature us.(Psychology Today)

Selfish    = Concerned mainly with your own needs and wishes. from the Oxford English Dictionary

Living an enriched life is key to growing from within out.

Catina & Tajma Talk About Mr. Messed Up

    in Motivation

Honesty and relationship transparency is the only meaningful path to genuine intimacy, not to mention personal integrity and self-esteem.

The most common justification I hear from men who cheat is “What she doesn’t know won’t hurt her.” It never ceases to amaze me how many men truly believe that misguided statement. In reality, most cheated-on partners sense, at the very least, the emotional distancing that accompanies a man’s sexual infidelity and affairs. Let’s face it: If a guy is a good liar, his partner may not know the details of what goes on behind her (or his) back; but betrayed partners nearly always know that something is up. It’s like radar!!

"Relationships Tuesday" Behind the Veil: Why Men Beat The Women They Love

    in Romance

Domestic Violance is the leading cause of injury to women sending over 1 million every year to doctor’s offices or emergency rooms. This violence isn’t occurring from the hands of a stranger but from the hands of the man that has said I love you. In view of the recent domestic violence stories in the news I decided to write this article and take you inside the mind of men that abuse. I want to share the knowledge and experiences that I’ve had facilitating groups and counseling over 1,000 men that have abused their intimate partners. In all that we have seen or experienced we know that there are too many women and men dying, people being injured, far too many children growing up in violent homes to later become victims or abusers themselves. By the grace of God, reality would come back to me as the rage would decrease," Sir says. "I look back now and I can see that at that time, when the rage would come, it was like tunnel vision.

Peace, luv and blessed protection be upon all of the 9Mind Sacred Sisters and those that we luv. 2night is news and my best FB post. We will begin and end this evening show with a song by Jonny Rebel called; If I Could Be a N For a Day. Some may find night show offensive
so will be rated R. I 4/1am in full agreement of the ngr word being put back on the table and openly used by whoever want's 2. Why? There are way to many ppl of color, Blk an other now residing in USA who seem 2B clueless about whts true feelings toward their native Blk populace. It's as if some have conveniantly chosen 2 4GET critical patches of American history dealing with race problems that resulted in mucho lost of life and bloodshed and yet both Blks an whts pretend such horrors of history against the Negros never even occurred. The words of this song should cause us  to seriously ponder how Blks are truthfully viewed globally by Albion-Aryan-orion EuroPEAN w/Klans but other ethnic groups who do not view themselves 2B what BA's are although sharing similar complexion an even features. These groups once in the USA are secretly encouraged to not intergrate with us. More an likely for economic reasons. BA's seem to walk around truly clueless that no other Black or Coloured races ie... ethnic groups want to be us geneticaly but do want to come to AMERICA and usurp we socially and economically. BA's under the spell of dejavu refuse to even consider that we are seen globally as inferior ngr stock by every ethnic group allowed to immigrate here, yet it is conveniently kept on the hush so as to not awaken the sleeping BG's... enslaved in AMERICA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8EwzisBEHc
