In the last program before the inaugural Private Exchange FORUM in Dallas, hosts Brent Macy and Doug Field will welcome two guests to the program to cover all of the latest in benefits administration and private exchange technology.
The first guest on this week's program will be Kismet Toksu, president of EBenefits Solutions, an IHC Affiliate Member. In 2002, UPMC was seeking an online benefit administration solution to address its 50,000-plus employees spread over more than 50 business units at various locations. Unable to find a system to meet these needs, UPMC made significant investments in technology and expertise to build the solution in-house. The overwhelming success of this initiative for such a diverse organization fostered the creation of EBenefits Solutions in 2005. In this segment, Kismet and the hosts will discuss benefits administration trends and what's ahead for EBenefits.
For the second segment, starting at 11:30 a.m. (ET), the hosts will welcome Scott Carver, president, PlanSource, to the program to discuss the ongoing revolution in benefits administration. It's no surprise that the benefits industry is undergoing dramatic change, and it’s not really about benefits administration anymore – it’s about benefits engagement. The focus on private exchanges and their growth is one important catalyst for the change we’ve been seeing. 2015 is shaping up to be a milestone year for private exchanges with some very strong signals about how the market is viewing the importance of these technology platforms in the fast-changing health and benefits industry.

In today's world, business owners want complete protection and security offered to their physical premises, both inside and outside. In the past, business owners would be required to purchase and deploy security technologies in "piecmeal". Meaning, only type of security technology served only specific purpose in safeguarding the business. Obviously, this "piecmeal" approach has proven to be not only very expensive for the small business owner to procure and maintain, but the technology also gets outdated very quickly. Thus, the business owner is yet once again faced in deploying newer security technology using the "piecemeal" approach. However, there is a new security solution out there-which is known as "Unified Threat Management" and can provide the business owner a snapshot of the entire security infrastructure of his or her business at a fraction of the cost of the legacy security technologies. In this radio show, we interview Mr. Soren Frederiksen, VP of Development of iView Systems.
This company has come out with the "holistic" view to security for any sized business, which includes the following components:
*Incident Reporting and Risk Management;
*Compliance and Reporting;

Cyberthreats from around the world won't go away. In fact, they only will continue to become more complex and more persistent, and traditional IT security tools won't give you the protection your organization needs.
However, you can get proactive and minimize the dangers with help from big data analytics. Analytics tools not only can help you identify threats in real time -- enhancing your ability to counter them before damage is done -- but can assist in identifying the technical and human vulnerabilities on your corporate network.
Cybersecurity expert Ray Boisvert, who is president and CEO of I-Sec Integrated Strategies (ISECIS), joins All Analytics Radio on Wednesday, May 27, at 2 pm (EDT), to discuss the ongoing cybersecurity threats and how big data analytics can help you tighter your organization's security infrastructure.
In this show you will learn:
More about how sophisticated persistent cyberthreats have become, and where they come from
How analytics can help you identify what "normal" should look like on your network, so you can better spot abnormal behavior
How you can use analytics tools to get a better look at what really is on your network, including who has access to which applications
What analytics mean in allow real-time response to threats.
Be sure to join All Analytics Radio and Ray Boisvert on May 27.
