Host Cyrus Webb welcomes award-winning author Debora M. Coty to Conversations LIVE to discuss her literary journey and her new book TOO LOVED TO BE LOST.
Let's face it, you don't believe in you like you wish you did. But you once did. Yes, as a child you believed in you. If you're like a lot woman I know, you believed in you in your twenties. You saw something you wanted and you went after it. Those shoes. That expensive purse. That degree. That hunk of burning yum. You wanted it and you did whatever it took to have it, right?
Well, you ain't gotta go out like that. You know, like a whimp, wuss, punk. Woman, get your mojo back! When you do, the frickin' world will surrender to you.
Joining me on She Struts Radio is my friend Janine A. Ingram. Janine is a life coach, radio personality, author of the badass book, Born to Be Rich, and the host of The Love Journey, Inc.

More than 50 women have finally come forward saying Bill Cosby sexually violated them. Why did it take so many years for these women, many successful and accomplished in their own right, to find their voices and speak up and out?
Is it because many women, even in the 21st Century, still don't feel it's safe to speak to their minds, to tell their truths, to upset the applecart especially when the accused is a powerful man?
I'm a woman. A lawyer, author of 3 books, editor of 3 dozens books, coach and speaker and I know personally how difficult it can be to honor, speak, and live my truth.
What about you, have you found your voice? Do you feel like a full grown woman or still like a little girl most times?
Let's talk about what it means to be a woman, an empowered woman on She Struts Radio, Thursday, January 21, 6:30pm ET/5:30pm CT.
Joining me in what I know will be a powerful, provocative conversation is my friend Janine A. Ingram. Janine is the author of Born to Be Rich (voted inspirtional book of the year), a Life Coach, Radio Personality, Visionary and Speaker. You may reach Janine at: Ingram_Janine@yahoo.com

I was talking to my sisterfriend Jeannette the other day when our conversation turned to things our mothers used to say. Her mother told her and her siblings not to eat at other people's houses. Why? She figured her mother didn't want people to think they were hungry. Well, growing up I was hungry. Quite a lot. I told my friend I would have broken that rule.
What were some of the things YOUR mother used to say? What did she say about LOVE, SEX, MEN, MONEY, GOD, EDUCATION, WORK, WOMEN, MOTHERHOOD...LIFE?
Here's what I'd like to know:
Did you live by these things?
Do you still live by mama's rules, even the "crazy" ones?
Tell us about a rule you released and why.
My mother, a devout Christian woman of few words, told me very, very little about men. But there was one thing that she told all five of her daughters about men that I finally had to release. I'll share that on the show.
Cohosting with me is Ericka Sallee, a speaker, writer, and the Owner of TruSynergy, a health and wellness company. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore.
The influence of a mother in the lives of her children is beyond calculation. - James E. Faust, religious leader, lawyer and politician 1920 -2007

On Win's Women of Wisdom today, Best-Selling Author, Win Kelly Charles welcomes DeBora Ricks. She is an author, speaker, self-love guru, and a radio host. DeBora jokingly refer to herself as a "recovering attorney" because, though she absolutely loved attending law school, she soon realized that practicing law just wasn't my cup of tea. DeBora discovered this truth during the five years that she practiced law. Once DeBora realized what she didn't want to do, Debora knew that she owed it to herself to discover what it was that she want to be, do and have. DeBora have been on this journey for years; finally, she think that she have found it. DeBora love talking to, encouraging, supporting, and pushing people through the very things that challenge most folk: fear, self-doubt, finding one's authentic voice, finding purpose in your passion.
