On tonight's show we are talking about change. We're talking about life changes and how they are not only necessary but at times can be difficult. many people have been talking to us over the last few weeks about their life changes and how to cope with the good and the bad. so tonight we are going to talk about some of the things that are changing in our lives and how we adapt to the ups and downs that inevitably come with the journey that we are all taking through this life.
So tonight we are encouraging you to call in and tell us what is going on in your life and how you are dealing with the changes whether good or bad.
Jealousy we all go through it for one reason or another but has Jealousy impacted your life in a strong way?
We all get jealousy sometimes, maybe you want that cute bag your friend has, maybe you saw someone who can pull off a look you wish you could.
Some feel Jealousy in a relationship; some are jealousy of anyone who has what they want.
Jealousy can be anything from a small twinge when you see a stranger that has that new phone you want.
(Damn I wish I could get that phone. SIGH)
To an outrageous rage that consumes you and can be dangerous.
(If I can’t have her/him no one can!)
When it comes to Jealousy it can affect in many ways, you can miss new opportunities of meeting new people and making friends. You might prejudge people or circumstances due to your feelings and not reality.
Tonight we discuss how Jealousy can affect your life and why you should learn to understand this common feeling. Does the Green Eyed Monster control you?

There are many different types of jealousy that the human body can experience. Jealousy can be seen in everyday activities and settings. Jealousy is an intense emotion that is associated with the loss of services or outcomes associated with other individuals. This intense emotion can be seen or experienced in family situations, work, romantic relationships, and even between friends. Jealousy is a secondary emotion and typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something that the person values, particulary in reference to a human connection.
What is it about jealousy that we cannot help and what parts of jeaousy can we help? What does it mean in our souls when we feel jealous and what happens as a result of not understaning why we feel jealous and why or when we do not feel jealous? In so many ways we were taught that we are in a race of some kind, that we need to be better than the next person to get ahead, we have to fight for our place in life and do we really have to do all of that and attach all the feelings that come with that to our lives? Tune in and Join the Conversation Monday Morning at 5:30 AM, PST!
