    Martin Arthur Armstrong (born November 1, 1949 in New Jersey) is the former chairman of Princeton Economics International Ltd. He is best known for his economic predictions based on the Economic Confidence Model, which he developed.

    At age 13, Armstrong began working at a coin and stamp dealership in Pennsauken, New Jersey. After buying a bag of rare Canadian pennies, he became a millionaire in 1965 at the age of 15.

    In September 1999, Armstrong faced prosecution by the SEC and the CFTC for fraud. During the trial, Armstrong was imprisoned for over seven years for civil contempt of court, one of the longest-running cases of civil contempt in American legal history. In August 2006, Armstrong pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit fraud, and began a five-year sentence.

His love of racing led to his creation of Hal’s Thunder Eagle Pro-Stock Drag Bike that won the AHDRA National Championship from 2001-2003. He was recognized by the AHDRA as “Wrench of the Year”.     Patrick and Courtney Hennessy: Hosts of Be Less Typical Podcast

    Patrick and Courtney Hennessey decided to start the Be Less Typical podcast to pull open the curtains on an industry that has a bad rap, and offer you a line of sight into what it’s really like to work on the front lines of a car dealership. 

    Patrick worked in small dealerships and in large dealer groups. He even spent a few years working on the corporate side of the business.

    Courtney has also spent many years inside the dealership, mostly in the Finance Department. She is a teacher by trade and now has a corporate position where she combines her background in teaching with her expertise in automotive. Her greatest strength is her ability to bridge the gap between the retail environment and the corporate world.  She brings insights to both environments, helping to push each to the next level.
