Bill Hancock has achieved a unique trifecta in college athletics. He was the first director of the NCAA Final Four, first director of the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) and the first director of the College Football Playoff. This season, college football enters a new four-team playoff era. The format is simple. The best four teams, two semifinals played in bowl games and a championship game played in a different city each year. It’s the biggest innovation in the sport in decades.Who better to discuss this exciting new format than Mr. Hancock himself. He joins host Bo Marchionte to talk about the new wave of college football and how it's impacting the game.

Wilhelmina Wright had to make a stance in segregated Norfolk, VA in the fifties and sixties to become a state supreme court justice. She has served Minnesota courts over 12 years on all levels as well as worked in the U.S. Circuit District 6 Court. She has served the underpriviledged. An email will be going out to John Hancock today to have some representation on this radio network. He is still at large in this Supreme Court campaign. After years of working in the banking industry in Central New York, David Homick left his suits behind for a more casual gig as a freelance Web Designer. "I love the creative aspect of my work, which was not something that was encouraged growing up.” Perhaps it is all that pent up creative energy that has motivated him to express himself now between the covers of a book.
It took 54 years for Homick to pick up the pen, or in this case the laptop, and start writing his first novel. That's a lot of life experience to draw on. Much of his inspiration comes from his recent interest in spiritual, metaphysical, and so-called paranormal activity.
His first novel, A Lifetime Last Night, is full of metaphysical wisdom and inspiration that is woven into an intriguing, contemporary love story. One of the underlying themes of the story, as well as his life, was inspired by a favorite quote from George Eliot. "It's never too late to be what we might have been."
A second novel, as yet untitled, is currently in the works. "It's who I am now. I'll never stop writing." Homick dreams of quitting his day job to pursue his writing career full-time.
