Darren Wilson was not indicted for the death of Michael Brown. Since that announcement Ferguson local businness owners shops & stores have been burned to the ground. Many of them can not file an insurance claim since they had to file one in August when Brown first died. The Grand Jury did not find enough evidence to indict the officer. As usual the African American community reacts with violence.
What would you say if someone gave you 60 seconds to give your unfiltered response to the Darren Wilson case? Were you outraged? Embarrassed? How did you feel about the general reactions of the masses? We want to now! Call us and tell us how you felt! We want to hear from you! Do you think things will change? Is this bigger than racism?
Tune in to Liberty with Shane Krauser and hear the issues of the day and the proposed solutions. Shane takes on the following issues during today's show:
1. Officer Darren Wilson avoided an indictment. However, did the prosecutors do the right thing by presenting the case to a grand jury in the first place?
2. What can we do to advance the cause of liberty? Listen in for some inspiring words.
3. One homeschooling parent is searched without a warrant and the court strikes back. Did the Fourth Amendment prevail?

Are you tired of the protests in Furgeson Missouri? Do you think the story is played out. Why do we continue to pound the story ad nauseam? This paragraph from a recent Jon Stewart skit says it all.
“Imagine that instead of that on a pretty consistent basis,” Jon Stewart said. “You can’t get a fucking cab even though you are a neurosurgeon because you’re Black. I guarantee you that every person of color in this country has faced an indignity from the ridiculous to the grotesque to the sometimes fatal at some point in there, I am going to say last couple of hours because of their skin color.
Quick story. So we live in New York City, a Liberal bastion. Recently we sent a correspondent and a producer to a building in this Liberal bastion where we were going to tape an interview. The producer, White, dressed in only what could be described as homeless elf attire and a pretty strong five o’clock from the previous week shadow, strode confidently into the building preceding our humble correspondent, a gentleman of color dressed resplendidly in a tailored suit. Who do you think was stopped? Let me give you a hint. The Black guy. And that shit happens all the times, all of it.
Race is there and it is a constant. You are tired of hearing about it? Imagine how fucking exhausting it is living it.”
The media and many in America are going through contortions to rehabilitate the image of Darren Wilson. In the process they needed to make Michael Brown a monster. They needed to make Michael Brown that big, Black, menacing thug. They have already succeeded in many ways. The question is whether America will continue live its past or its future.

Love him or hate him, Sarge is a man who fully commits to whatever he believes in yet respects your right to disagree.
Even if you are rubbed the wrong way by his logic, he is still the man that you want by your side if you're fighting a common enemy.
That being said, the conversation that I had with him on this pleasant winter night was no less an intense affair, as a matter of fact, if there was any snowfall within the sound of his voice, surely it would have melted from the intensity of his words.
Tonight ol' Sarge meant business and he wasn't about to let the masses sway him from what he felt was the undisputed TRUTH!
While we started speaking on the corrosion of the family unit in the Black community and touched on the sanctity and benefits of marriage, it wasn't too long before Sarge kicked into full gear after I asked him about his feelings on the Ferguson Missouri situation with Officer Darren Wilson and Mike Brown.
What transpired in his reaction was nothing short of a force of nature as he aggressively explained why Officer Darren Wilson was 100% correct in his shooting and killing Mike Brown the way that he did.
Sarge also challenged anyone who feels any different to indulge him with the facts and not emotion as he welcomes a thorough debate with anyone who is willing to sit down with him to convince him otherwise.
Of course at this point I felt like Don King promoting a potential mega million dollar boxing match, but since the debate is not about money, it would be a spectacle to see Sarge in the heat of a verbal battle nonetheless!

HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH, hosted by Mary Neal, email MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com
Call-in number (347) 857-3293. December 21, 2014 Guest: Windy Hempstead
The world was shocked to read about the wrongful death of Darren Rainey in Dade Correctional Institution in Florida. Rainey died two years ago when correctional officers dragged him into a shower and scaled him to death. Our guest, Windy Hemstead, received an urgent phone call about the murder from her brother, Harold, a prison orderly. She reported Rainey's murder to law enforcement. Two years later, Windy reported Rainey's death to the Miami Herald, because no corrective action was taken by the justice system, and she feared for her brother as a whistle blower.
The Miami Herald published a series of articles about Rainey's death and other abuses to mentally ill inmates in Florida, including "Behind Bars, a Brutal and Unexplained Death" http://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/miami-dade/article1964620.htmlhttp://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/community/miami-dade/article1964620.html
George C. Mallinckrodt, who ws a mental health worker at the prison, published a book: "Getting Away with Murder"
To date, Rainey's death has not be pronounced a homicide, according to Windy Hempstead. Justice is delayed.
