Where mothers and fathers meet to exchange their children after a divorce or child custody case is important. This is one of those terms that can cause many parents to have disagreements that can hang up a potential settlement. It can also be important because this is the one time where parents still must have regular contact with each other even after their case concludes.
You can read more on this topic in an article on Family Law Headquarters titled: Exchange locations in child custody cases. If you need help with a child custody case in Missouri or Illinois, you can also contact us at 1-855-805-0595.

"It's a Legal System Not A Justice System" Jen Ani is as hard working an attorney as you will find. More important, she is another example of a diligent, ethical, no holds barred advocate for her clients.Recently Jen was again in the news as she represents Shona Banda. Shona's son was taken from Shona and placed into state custody by Garden City, KS authorities. Attorney Ani has been in the news before. Jennifer believes cannabis is significantly safer than CPS, and zealously defends the right of Qualified Patients to also be parents, and to be free from unnecessary State intervention. She is a member of the National Association of Counsel for Children and speaks regularly on child welfare and civil rights matters. In 2009, she was honored by the Legal Aid Society of California with the “Outstanding Family Attorney of the Year” award. In late August of 2015 in Dover Delaware a 21 year old man, Terrence Fletcher wanted for failure to appear on drug charges ran from police and was shot, reportedly without challenge or warning. The shooting may have been justified. Dover Police handling of the aftermath raises serious issues.
Then another Dover man, Mr. Kemp reportedly shot an AK type semi-auto rifle into the air running from the road to his house, allegedly threatened police and his family creating a standoff. Police also told the press that Mr. Kemp was seen outside his home with the weapon and initially refused to drop it, after further discussion put his rifle down but would not comply and had to be taken into custody by using a taser.
Following the Kemp incident, a horrific video recorded the fatal shooting of a wheelchair bound man Wilmington Delaware. Blog page can be seen at http://troubleindover.blogspot.com/2015/09/in-delaware-they-shoot-negroes.html . These events amount to throwing gasoline on what some would call Delaware burning.
Jeremy "Bam" McDole was paralyzed and injured. The police who were called to help him shot him dead, right out of his wheelchair, on video for all to see. Terrell Day, 18, was suspected of shoplifting. He complained that he couldn't breathe. They ignored him repeatedly, until it was too late. He died. David Stojcevski was oulled over for a traffic ticket. Died in custody after 17 days in jail, without medical care, and after losing more than 50 pounds. In Fairfax County, VA, a black man is instructed to get out of the car and put his hands on the car. He complies. The video shows the officer tasers him regardless. The FBI will begin to collect more data on police shootings. Native Americans now have full legalization of marijuana on their terrorities. The latest Freddie Gray and Sandra Bland updates. And tales of more police abuses.
I have had a few rude psychic clients and I will help you deal with these different scenarios if you are a psychic or spiritual reader. Some of them really do need Life Coaching and I will do this if needed. These clients do not want to accept the way things are which include someone who has children and their partner has to have contact with their ex because of custody issues. I will be honest with a client who asks if this will continue and I say, "Yes, even when their child becomes an adult as they will graduate from college, get married, have children and so forth." So, when you elect to be with someone who has children you have to deal with it. I know I have read for clients who literally are jealous of their partner's children. This is so wrong. So, in a sense it does become counselling and the only part that is truly psychic is that I will say if I see that they will be communicating with their ex for the lifetime of their child. If I saw the ex dying then I woud say that but otherwise there are situations where this will occur and mostly it is a lifetime.
So, you can go from a 5 star review to a 2 star review on your next reading because a client doesn't want to hear what you are telling them. I've read for clients who ask about love. I get visions and I will not sugarcoat my readings. I will not tell a client they are going to meet this great looking millionaire to appease them. They are going to meet a regular man if I see it. It may not happen right away either. There are times people have to be alone and they want a time frame and sometimes it may be a year when they will meet this special someone. I lived it and so have most people. They can be very rude because they want instant gratification. Until they change themselves like I said before it won't happen..
I will take psychic questions,
