The last time we met, we on going through the days that preceded the Crucifixion of our Lord; from the Garden of Gethsemane, through to and including the six trials that ultimately led to His being scourged. Tonight we will journey along with our Savior, Yahshua/Jesus... down the street called Via Dolorosa to the Mount of Calvary, where the sentence of death took place, by way of the most horrific mode of execution, Crucifixion. From the Cross, other, more wonderful things took place that would forever change the relationship between God and man... these events will also be closely examined.
Mary Magdelin walked with Jesus and his disciples and also witnessed his crucifixtion, but after all was said and done she was the only one who remained steadfast in waiting for his return. Join us as we explore what it means to "Wait on that which was promised."
Please join me Tuesday April 15th at 11am CS as I share about how Jesus opened the spiritual eyes of the men wo were on the road to Emmaus. They were discussing all the things that happened It was the third day (Luke 24:13) Jesus approached them. But their eyes were prevented from recognizng Him. They then start - well! Talking to Him- about Him! They start talking about the crucifixtion , and how some of the women had an encounter with the angels who said He was alive. . He then opened their eyes .They began to relate their experiences on the road and how He was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread. (Luke 24:35) Thats our discussion. That He has to open our eyes so we may recognize Him.
They said to one another, "Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?" (Luke 24:32)

The origin of Easter: (eastre or eostre). Easter is a Northern European pagan holiday for a pagan goddess named eastre, we call it easter. The earthly symbol of the goddess (eastre), is the rabbit, which is also the symbol of the goddess of fertility. Again, the easter egg and the easter bunny is a part of the worship of the goddess of fertility, (eastre, easter, eostre). The evil practice of the pagan easter celebration that no one speaks of is their ceremony of human sacrefice.
