There are thousands and thousands of zombie homes littering the landscape. Do you have a zombie home on your street? What options do residents have when these zombie homes are not maintained? This is a issue that could be affecting you right now. Join us for a frank discussion on the impact that zombie homes are having on this country.
Ever wonder why we see the same dogs in rescue over and over? Why does a dog get adopted and returned? Our theory is that the system is designed to fail. Dogs are being picked up as strays and adopted out without any form of rehabilitative training. When they develop "issues" after adoption they are returned to the shelter or strayed again. Then they are once again adopted out (still without benefit of any rehab training) and returned. Some dogs end up being euthanized as "unadoptable" after being returned too many times.
Why are dogs being deemed "unadoptable" when no one has tried to fix their "issues"?
What are the holes in the rescue system, and how would proper rehabilitative training help to plug them?
How and why is the system failing these animals?
On today's show we will be talking with behavioral trainer Chris White owner of K9 Revolution and founder of Biker's Against BSL about these questions, and how proper training keeps dogs in homes.

When the crash came, investors found themselves holding properties that they never intended to own long-term. Many of them simply did not have the resources or the education and experience to maintain them, or turn them into positive cash-flowing entities. As investors lost it all and hundreds of thousands of investment single-family homes plunged into blight and foreclosure, the gem of real estate investing, the single-family home, earned a very bad name that has persisted to this day.
If you are like most real estate investors, you probably think that the single-family home has had its day. However, in reality, these investment properties are not just for hedge funds; they are among the best and soundest investments you can make in real estate – if, of course, you do it right. Imagine having 4 or 5 of these each producing $200 - $500 positive cash flow per month as you head into retirement!
Join us LIVE, Sunday morning at 10 AM Eastern time - listen to these three major misgivings about owning single-family homes as real estate investments and see if you are actually missing a huge opportunity! We'll also update you on the SC Rehab.
