Periods of confusion crop up on a regular basis throughout our lives, yet we often don’t see them as part of a normal growth cycle. Confusion often brings fear, anxiety, and/or overwhelm. Maybe we have got into a rhythm with our usual workload, and then new routines and/or extra tasks are added that throw us off balance. As we adapt and change we can go through periods of overwhelm and/or confusion as we try and integrate the old with the new. This week in addition to live intuitive coaching we will be exploring the deeper message of confusion, and what it might be telling us about our own growth and development. Call early - the coaching line could be very busy this week!
Call the coaching line (818-495-6930) - between 9.00am and 10.00am MST - on ANY personal or business matter- this is an opportunity to receive masterful coaching in the moment leading to a shift in perspective that can quantum leap your life!

I suppose both of these ideas could be tied together into one. But on today's show I will be looking at a handful or so of stories. Some of these stories will deal with actually an update of sorts on the whole Muslims praying at the National Cathedral event that we recently had and what one of the organizers of that now has to say about anything that may happen in the future. I'll also briefly touch on some actions and words of the pope and a famous "Christian pastor" as man seems very intent these days on bringing everyone together. I have a terrible but yet courageous story about 4 Christian youth in the face of ISIS over in Iraq. When it comes to confusing reality again we have one of the latest "transgender bathroom stories", this one out of Maine and what at this point a school district faces as punishment. Finally, I hope to share the transformational power of God and of Christ to change lives as a former lesbian has shared her testimony as she now is expecting her first child with her husband. God changes hearts and lives, and she's evidence of that. That's today at 4:30 Eastern time, archived after that.
Many people know Jesus Payan as an actor with rolls on two hit series: Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. But what most don't know about this gentle giant of a man is the personal experiences he has had with creatures such as Sasquatch and Extraterrestrials, and now, he feels it's time to talk publicly about what's going on. He's a busy man, also garnering support for a Presidential run in the United States.
Jesus has been on Spaced Out Radio once before, as a part of the Crypto Four Corners crew. He is an avid believer and researcher of Sasquatch after a close, personal encounter with the humanoid creature made him an instant believer. Reality can be a hard thing to accept sometimes.
As interesting and as humbling as the experience with Big Foot was, there's another topic of interest that Jesus would like clarity and answers on. Jesus is also an experiencer. He's had a difficult time coming to grips with the fact that he has seen and had interaction with extraterrestrials. It's a topic that can be confusing to those who have had 'contact'. Looking for answers looks to be a lifelong quest that makes Jesus continue researching and learning about what truly is out there.
Goal setting can be confusing when the goal is vague or subjective in nature. There are specific ways goals should be created and measured for success. Without quantifiable measurements a goal is simply a fanciful desire that we hope one day comes to pass. It’s vital that specific time frames and measurable objectives be created in order to successfully meet each goal. Learn how to achiev all your goals.

After a downtrodden 3-6 start to the 2015-2016 season, the Memphis Grizzlies are on their first 3-game winning streak of the young campaign! Host Joe Mullinax breaks that down and much more on the latest episode of GBBLive Thursday night, November 19th at 6:30 PM CT on BlogTalkRadio!
The first segment, as always, will feature Chris Faulkner, the Managing Editor of Grizzly Bear Blues. He will talk with Joe and Producer Matt Bishop (in his final GBBLive due to a new job) about the amazing Mario Chalmers, the confusing Jeff Green, and the reasons that the Grizzlies are perhaps starting to turn their season around.
Jonathan May of Three Shades of Blue and 3SOBRadio on Sports56 WHBQ Memphis joins Joe and Matt in the second segment to remind everyone that Dave Joerger is still a good basketball coach and will help the guys look ahead to the next couple of games on the schedule for the Grizzlies.
Finally, Holly Whitfield of the ILoveMemphis Blog stops by to talk fresh Memphis Sounds gear and the mood of the city/how dependent it is on Memphis' sports teams performing well.
All that and a heck of a lot more on our next episode of GBBLive! Be sure to subscribe to the show here & on ITunes, and follow us on Twitter @GBBLive! "See" you Thursday night!
Troy Drayton chimes in to help us try to make sense of all that's happening with these Dolphins of ours! The great tight end for the Dolphins from 1996-1999 (and formally with the Rams and Chiefs) sheds light on this very confusing time of change for his former team. As co-host on "The Finsiders", he stays up to date on all things Dolphins and with any luck, will share some of the inside scoop with us! (Maybe he can give us some pointers on how to be good radio hosts too!)
We’ll address the Tannehill haters out there too! His numbers do nothing but improve from year to year but, all some fans choose to talk about are the things they see that he struggles with. I for one am gonna give him some love! We will talk Miller vs. Ajayi in the back field and a possible 2 headed monster behind Tanny... The likelihood of DeVante Parker making a splash going into the 2nd half of the season, and so much more!!!
(516) 453-9433 is the # to call and ask Troy stuff and vent Dolphins, call me out on my opinions, and any other things ya wanna talk about on Thursday starting at 6:30PM (est.)

The “wounded child” is an archetype which contains damaged or negative emotional patterns of our youth.Loving the wounded child is about healing ourselves through acknowledging the trauma and hurt that we suffered when we were young and then freeing ourselves from them. As adults, we allow these memories to dictate how we run our lives. Actions taken as a result of them are largely driven by fear and may no longer serve us; even if at one stage, they have helped us to cope and navigate through a confusing period during our growing years.
We hold dysfunctional self images through the stories of our childhood. How we perceive ourselves is pretty much directed by the childhood programming that we have had. Our childhood programming is largely influenced by our caregivers, who represented the world to us while we were young. We form relationships based on what we learn from our parents. Our parents in turn learn about theirs from their parents. So it is in us that we have layers and layers of beliefs, patterns and behavior passed down from generation to generation.
From confusion to clarity. For many, SEO aka search engine optimization sounds confusing. In reality it is the same as learning another language and traveling through a foreign country. Nobody taught us how to speak "SEO". Creating the mindset first before you understand single words is crucial.
Tune in and listen when SEO expert Dagmar Gatell brings more clarity in this technical online marketing element.

Wendy Myers, CHHC, certified health and nutrition coach, breaks down why nutrition is so confusing. Should I do Paleo or go vegetarian? What is the best diet to lose weight? Low fat used to be the buzzword, but now it’s all about low carb. Don’t use sugar and then don’t use artificial sweeteners. Now fruit has too much sugar to be healthy. It’s enough to make you crazy!
Some great topics I cover in this episode:
How we all have different nutritional requirements How Books make things more confusing Doctors don't usually know much about nutrition News is not a reliable nutrition information source Bad Science Study Weaknesses Fraud in Research
Jaime Lopez is serious about his OCR training; he reads what he can to keep up with the trends in training. He monitors his work via his heart monitor, he abides to specific training protocols and logs all of the metrics afforded him though his devices. Yet still, it all seems confusing at times. Jaime is also a devoted fan of our podcast, he has reached out to Richard Diaz (the show’s host) to ask for some advice on how best to interpret the information he collects and in so doing we invited him on this episode to review his training data and discuss what we’ve learned and to make recommendations. If you, like Jaime, enjoy Spartan Racing, are training for a marathon or are new to running, this is a show you don’t want to miss!
