From Homelessness to International Art Star: The Reinvention of Peter Mikulak

    in Art

Rebecca Pikus writes for the Coachella Valley Weekly, "Peter Mikulak is an extraordinary Artist who went from a thriving Contracting business — to going belly-up & losing everything in the market crash — to becoming homeless — to reinventing himself through Digital Art, Drawing, Street Art, & Paintings — to arrive now as a beloved Palm Springs artist and an international Star in the Art World! What could be a better Rise-from-the-Ashes Phoenix story! His work is riveting, erotic, in-your-face, confrontational, intellectual, diverse & beautiful — all at the same time — & his colors & imagery are amazing.  Peter is originally from Bristol, Connecticut. He said of himself that he actually has always been an artist, and that the first person to take an interest in his talent was his Uncle Mark. At the age of 4, his uncle started to encourage him to use his talent by giving him small art assignments — he would come back around the house every few days to see how he did. Peter was always excited to show him the results and to win his approval."

The Culture of Victim hood, Drugs, Mob Beatings, and Gang Rape

    in Politics

Is it time to declare war on young America?

While the news has taken notice of a public gang rape of a girl passed out in Panama City, Florida, I say that it is time to call a Spade a Spade!

The actions that have gripped the news as "shocking" has been a part of the "World Star" buzz, or "You Tube" moment for some time now. For example, how many times have we heard of someone pulling out a camera, as opposed to help when:
    -A girl is being assaulted
-A kid is being jumped by a mob
-A friend is confrontational with a police officer
-A fight breaks out in Wal Mart
    -Etc.

I will be talking about the problem with the culture that feeds the fire of what happened to the young lady in Panama City, and what YOU can do to help curb those actions from happening to people who you may know.

I will also share some personal experiences you do not want to miss, and I will taking calls from people who  will share their personal experiences as well.

Please join us 9pm Eastern Time

    No politics....all real talk!

The Agenda: More instability and rocky times ahead for the Abbott Government

    in Politics Progressive

The Australian federal government under the leadership of Tony Abbott doesn't seem to be getting any better.

Instead we seem to see continued leaks as Abbott dumped his Chief Whip and the longest serving member in Parliament, Philip Ruddock. But despite promising that he's learned his lessons we continue to see an aggressive and confrontational Prime Minister more interested in political battle and less interested in addressing real issues like inequality, climate change and the need for advanced manufacturing and investment in the clean energy economy.

Join the team as they explore and delve into more instability and rocky times ahead for the Abbott Government.

Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio Presents: Florida Bigfoot Researcher Mark Zaskey

    in Paranormal

Mark Zaskey, is a Crypto-Zoologist, the creator, writer and host of "Crypto-Reality" radio show, investigative journalist, author of "Bigfoot: The Unavoidable Truth," and "Who Decides What is real."

Mark has been studying the Bigfoot species for over 16 years in the state of Florida. He is himself, an eyewitness and has had multiple encounters as have members of his field research team including his son Christopher in Myakka State Park.

His plain spoken and confrontational approach to skepticism and scientific bias are hard hitting and have yielded valuable information into dealing with these areas of our subject.

He is best known for his research into the ongoing resistance mainstream science has toward eyewitnesses regarding their encounters with the Bigfoot species.

Mark Zaskey's  blog "The Bigfoot Researchers Journal" covers a variety of often overlooked yet very important aspects of the Bigfoot subject specifically presented to help other researchers to become aware of scientific bias and dogma concerning our subject of study, how it is used against us, how it effects our research and public opinion on subject.

He is the founder of "Bigfoot Researchers United" and "The Bigfoot Research Council."

Together they constitute the very first "Unified" front of Bigfoot activism for eyewitnesses, researchers and the general public.

The organization is geared to confront mainstream science at it's top levels and push for official funding, study and protection of the species.

  • The Barbershop ~ Brand New Year, Same Old Problems

    in Culture

Brand New Year, Same Old Problems. 2015 may be here, but the old problems of 2014, 2013, and further back didn't just go away. Is there a war on black men from the police? Are police departments too militarized? Do #HandsUpDontShoot and #BlackLivesMatter pertain to abortion and gangbanging? And do we need new views on church and state? Come inside The Barbershop! Let's discuss it!

Mr. Pearson is the President of Inner City Evangelical (ICE) ministries. Delivered from a life of promiscuity and worldliness, he is a minister, an emcee, a writer and a self-proclaimed urban commentator from South Central Los Angeles. He seeks to bring orthodox theology and conservative politics to the inner city. Jae Iglesia--aka Youn9-Fr3sh, a.k.a. Johnnie-5 the producer--is the Vice President of ICE Ministries. A former Compton gangbanger who dabbled in the occult, he is a devoted minister of Jesus Christ, one dedicated to revealing the Gospel to people in the inner city, to people from less than stellar backgrounds, and particularly to those within the film and music industry. ICE Ministries is an organization intent on bringing Christian apologetics to the inner cities; for evangelism and edification, for defense and definition. The Barbershop is the radio extension of ICE; a media outlet to discuss theology, politics, Black culture, and pop culture in a relaxed, conversational, and relatively non-confrontational setting.

WTBEP 9 - The Abrahamic Covenant-pt8: Are you passive and non-confrontational?

    in Spirituality

In "Winning the Battle for End time Possession - The Abrahamic Covenant pt8: Confronting Authorities", we see Abraham faced with his first opportunity after his regeneration to represent his new kingly authority before the mightiest king in the land, Abimelech. And although he fails his human test he succeeds in establishing his governmental and spiritual mandate as God's authority and person of promise.

The lesson here is, even-though we fail in the flesh, if we yield to the life and obedience of the Spirit we will overcome even the greatest of human or spiritual principalities. Remember, we are the called and the chosen and all the earth offers is our possession no matter who temporarily occupies the land!

Today we will discuss the govermental issues Abraham faced in representing his covenant rights before an earthly, yet might king. As Abraham moves throughout the land, from Kadesh (sacred), to Shur (desert, walled, uncertain), and to Gerar (rolling, dragged away) he has the authority given to him by the Almighty to stand before a king as a representative of Heaven and watch as Yahweh justifies him in his cause. Likewise, as the seed of Abraham in Christ (Yahshua Messiah) we also represent the Almighty in matters here on earth and no earthly king has a right to intervene. It is time we face earthly rulers and take back the kingdom of this world for our God and His Christ.

We discuss and answer the question: "Why isn't the Church "Confronting Authorities" as the Seed of Abraham?"

What Makes Some Black Women So Damn Confrontational?

    in Women

Let me first say that I am not speaking about ALL of my Sisters but merely SOME!But in the case of the confrontational Black woman, what makes them this way apparently for no reason whatsoever? Forget it if there really WAS a reason to get upset, then there is hell to pay with the unleashed rage of a confrontational Sister who is hellbent on battling anyone who is in the range of their verbal attack. For those of us who understand the art of proper civil communication, to see a woman carry on in public or on our jobs in such a manner can be quite embarrassing to say the least. The apparent attitudes upon entering a space occupied by strangers.......The willingness to always want to take things the wrong way and giving the impression that they are always ready to take the unnecessary tensions to the next level with the inferred possibility of violence always makes this type of woman an uninvited guest to any gathering.Confusion and drama follow these types of forever disgruntled women where ever they tread and it's a rare sight to see them in a pleasant mood but even then all who know them know that it is a short lived passing phase.Their coworkers are overly cautious and tentative in their mandatory dealings with them. They get treated like a strange pit bull who has escaped their yard running freely without their owner in sight. Fear and the feeling of walking on eggshells is the first emotion that comes to mind whenever one thinks of this disruptive spirit when away from the firing range of their presence. But what truly makes these women act out the way that they do? Why are they so angry and why do they make a point in making the lives of everyone around them so miserable?
