Author, poet, dream interpreter, psychotheapist and mother June O'Brien has done it again. In the second book of her trilogy, "The Blue Child Series" she has knocked it out of the park with "The North Road." The series is about three mature Native American sisters who have adventures in time and space and the mystical realms which will keep you on the edge of your seat. "The North Road" is a comtemporary version of the age-old battle between dark and light, and this book is hard to put down. I cannot wait to read the third one, which is as yet unwritten.
A native Oklahoman, June lives near Seattle and is a member of the Nansemond tribe.
If you liked Lynn Andrews books, you will love June O'Brien's. June tells her stories with the voice of authenticity, as she is a Native American herself.
Available on Amazon and Kindle.

Even the universal cure for all humanity's ailments, a Barack Obama TelePrompTer reading, hasn't quelled the outcry over the disastrous rollout of Obamacare. Despite what he said in his recent Rose Garden performance, there are no "marketplaces," there is no "product," and it's only a good deal for the takers, not the makers. Speaking of those takers, the One said that many of them would be paying less than their cellphone or cable bills. If they can afford those things, can someone explain why we are subsidizing their health insurance premiums?
Humberto Fontova returns as a special guest to discuss his recent piece "Ted Cruz v. the Republican Establishment," and his latest book, The Longest Romance: The Mainstream Media and Fidel Castro.
One of the Mark Steyn's fave's, courageous blogging pioneer Kathy Shaidle will join us to talk about her provocative writing about Michael Moore, Dr. Phil and dinosaur love.
In 2007, the Chicago Sun-Timees' Washington Bureau Chief Lynn Sweet wrote that she regretted not being able to follow then-Sen. Barack Obama into the shower at her health club. She explains.
Everyone, and by “everyone” I mean all the East Coast Brain Rot afflicted elites in the Establishment GOP and the legacy media, hates Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), & knows that he has destroyed the “GOP brand.” Sen. John McCain (R-Amnesty) says that Sen. Cruz and his ally, Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) were on a “fool’s errand” that took attention away from the Obamacare rollout fiasco. Is he right? Isn’t it more likely that Sen. Cruz is correct when he says that if the Senate Republicans had stood united with the House GOP, and went out across the nation highlighting the ridiculous disaster of the “Affordable Care Act” website, and explaining that it was Barack Obama who refused to negotiate? Just how much did that Obamacare website cost? The number is staggering, especially when you consider that the technology used is not exactly state of the art. You won’t believe just how old that technology is. Let’s put it this way: The government just did the equivalent of taking $250,000 of your money to purchase a rusted out ’57 Chevy. Are guys like the Liberal Death Star’s token “conservative” David “Great Pant Crease!” Brooks correct about the end of the Tea Party movement that took the House in 2010? Or, is the reality that this recent battle energized opposition to the Obama regime’s lawless agenda? Did they retreat, or are they just reloading? Will they be able to mobilize to stop the amnesty that the democrats are planning to try to foist on us as soon as possible? "On This Day" reminds us of Barack Obama's radical associations & the murders they committed.
I am fond of saying that liberals really need to get some new writers. They have been feasting off the rotting corpse of Karl Marx for over a hundred years, and they continue to bleat the same stale talking points about “fairness,” moving “forward,” “hope and change,” blah blah blah. Despite his campaign’s ability to conceal the truth about his radicalism, Barack Hussein Obama has never been anything other than a hard-wired radical leftist, and he shares his ideological soul mates’ lack of originality. He has one playbook, the same one he has had since 1996, when he paid his political mentor, communist Alice Palmer, back for her assistance by getting her kicked off the ballot by challenging voter signatures. That’s how he became an Illinois state senator. Flash forward to 2004, when his sleazy political puppet master, David Axelrod, managed to eliminate not one, but two, formidable opponents, democrat Blair Hull in the primary, and Republican Jack Ryan before the general election, by revealing details from their divorces. Obama does not debate. In his view, that’s for losers who don’t know how to simply get rid of the opposition without having to respond to any of their irritating questions and arguments. That’s the playbook he’s using to try to break the Republican party so that he will have a free hand to complete his “transformation” of America. Will the House GOP stand firm for fairness? Can they withstand being demonized by Obama, the democrats, both officially in the party and those called “journalists,” for insisting on simple fairness under Obamacare?
We’ll ask Charles R. Kesler, editor of the Claremont Review of Books, and author of a terrific book, I am the Change: Barack Obama and the Future of Liberalism.
Doug Truax, West Point Grad, Entrepreneur, Talks about His Challenge to Incumbent U.S. Senator Dick "Eddie Haskell" Durbin--Is he tough enough to avoid the mistakes of last challenger, the hapless Steve Sauerberg? Obamacare: An ID Thief's Wet Dream, According to Internet Security Expert
Using a bizarre analogy, Sen. Chuck Schumer Claims GOP's demand for an end to special Obamacare treatment for Congress and big business is a "hostage taking," when in reality, the enactment of Obamacare, accomplished with a series of lies, bribes and back room deals, is more like squatters occupying your house and then claiming that they own it now and it's a done deal ("law of the land")
