Let me start by saying that I am a huge Marvel fan, and am in no way trying to alienate the Marvel fans out there. However, it's fun to take a look at this stuff from time to time...
Now, over the years there has been a few characters to come out of Marvel that have been suspiciously close to those of DC Comics', and not small ones at that. Marvel are definitely not the only ones guilty of a bit of attribute borrowing as can be seen from DC's clear doppelganger of "The Lizard", "Killer Croc." It can go both ways and I'm sure a lot of people will have different opinions and that's great. Please feel free to leave your comments and opinions in the comment section at the bottom of the page.

Science Fiction Spotlight host Pam Stack welcomes post-apocalyptic writer, Blue Cole to the show. Blue Cole has been writing since he could grip a pencil. After almost 15 years of business ownership in and around Atlanta, Georgia he has returned to writing, at least part time. He currently works for a state government. His literary style is a Frankenstein-ish mix of genres, combining Sci-fi, Fantasy, Horror, Suspense, and even delving into satirical essays and historical fiction. His aim is to tell a good story, in any genre, at any length. Memorable characters in mind blowing concepts occupying believable settings characterize his work. Author Robert Lovelle Rooks joins me this week to talk about his book:: The Guidon Bearer: A Basic Training Story
Boot Camp. Otherwise known as Basic Military Training. The rigorous and memorable Rite of Passage every person who ever served in the United States Armed Forces, whether Coast Guard, Navy, Marine Corps, Army or Air Force has been through. If you have ever served or know anyone who has served ask them about Basic Training. They will remember. "The Guidon Bearer" is a semi-fictitious account of one man's journey through Air Force Basic Military Training [Around the year 2000]. Unlike the other four services, anyone who served in the U.S. Air Force has gone through the exact same place: Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, TX. Here's a story all veterans will relate to, non-service-members will find entertaining and all Air Force veterans past, present and future will give a big thumbs up! Maybe even wonder if they were there when it happened.

(SPIRITUAL WARFARE SERIES PART 3) TOPIC: “ON FIRE IN PRIVATE”
DC REAL TALK LIVE RADIO SHOW – TUESDAY, APRIL 14, 2015 FROM 10:00PM TO 12:00AM. (EST) – There’s a battle that’s going on in your flesh right now, it’s an actual war going on right now inside your body. No one really knows your struggle because they see you as a strong Christian who outwardly lives a consistent life for the Lord. You go to church, you’re actively involved in ministry, and you only align yourself with things pertaining to ministry. You don’t hang out, drink or go to bars and clubs. You don’t cuss or do a lot of things that people would consider ungodly. But this flesh battle is one for the books. Because the enemy constantly attacks you in this area and the truth of the matter is you’re on fire in private.
Join us next Tuesday evening on my radio show. I’m going to have 5 women who are going to share their personal testimonies how they deal with this battle in the flesh. Be prepared because they are going to bring it raw. That’s the only way to be with this subject because the hold of the enemy is so strong in this area. You can listen to our show by phone at (646) 721-9565 or anywhere in the world by internet.
