The traumatic effects of having your precious loved one kidnapped and imprisoned by this blatantly corrupt industry in legal, yet lawless, human trafficking for profit and power.
There is no nightmare or Hollywood horror film that can compare to having my fiancé and soul mate permanently removed from my life forever... As in every case of kidnapping, the first concern is for her well- being. That NEVER changes. Also, there's the ever-present sense of urgency to rescue her from her captors.
The utter disbelief, sleepless nights, loneliness and loss, accompanied by waves of fear, worry, anger and hopelessness continue to haunt my daily existance with little mercy since that day 2 years ago when they strapped her to a stretcher and removed her from her home, her life, and my life until she's either dead or destitute!
APS, the guardian, her attorneys, the judge, and the care home owner have colluded to keep her prisoner for life. Why? Because she saved for her golden years and to cover up her rape we reported when she was in a rehab facility being treated for a tailbone injury.
There are 4 stages of grief: Denial, Anger, Bargaining and Acceptance. I can't seem to get past the first 3 because she is still alive and I refuse to lose hope...

Children involved in juvenile court face collateral consequences from their delinquency adjudications which can prevent barriers to their future success and can cause harm to their well-being. Some of these stem from system exposure and others extend beyond the time spent under court supervision but are related to their prior court involvement and adjudication. For example, after successfully completing their dispositions, many youth face significant hardships enrolling back in school, finding employment, or accessing ongoing treatment or health care. This episode of Spotlight on Youth focuses on the intersection of collateral consequences for youth who are court involved. Guests join this episode to discuss what is being done on both policy and practice levels to reduce and eliminate the problem. Guests
Elissa Johnson, Staff Attorney, Southern Poverty Law Center
Dr. Ashley Nellis, Senior Research Analyst, The Sentencing Project
Lisa H. Thurau, Founder and Executive Director, Strategies for Youth
Apocalyptic themes in films reflect tumultuous times; As Obama pretends to tackle ebola, what about Enterovirus D68?; American ebola meets the Jesse Jackson race brigade; Ebola chaos adds to Obama's perceived woes; Can a brave people withstanding SARS and killer bees survive ebola? Sure; but Americans are no longer a brave people, are they?; Under a New Left POTUS, all politics is national - hence all his fundraising to control the federal judiciary via the Senate; and is what this country needs a war of attrition against the welfare state and entrenched incompetency? Because I don't think we have thirty months, much less thirty years.

I hope you had a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and a Grand New Year!
Welcome back to our first show of the year.
First off, we will talk about the ACA exemptions to the tax/fine/whatever. There may be no reason to pay it EVEN if you did not get covered in 2014.
Secondly, we will talk about what happened in Washington during the Holiday Congressional Recess and what the new Congress plans to do about it when they get back. Boehner wields even more clout. McConnell takes the gavel from Reid and Obama might as well ignore them all.
Warren's collateral is rising .... Hillary's may be falling ..... Will she be able to avoid being O-traumatized in 2016?
Cuba, Immigration, Obamacare, Wall Street Reform, Climate Control and more. From here on out we sail wherever the political winds take us.
My pond is re-opened! The daring Jump Right In ... The prudent wade carefully .... Everyone swims at their own risk!
Tonight we will discuss SUICIDE.
We don't know if everyone has experience this within their lives but we do know that everyone is aware that it happens.
Why does it happen?
What can we do to prevent it?
Is it a selfish act?
We will discuss these topics and much more. Tune in and give your insight or just listen. Your stories and comments are welcome and appreciated both on the Collateral Damage Radio facebook fan page and chat box during the show.
On the last Carson's Corner on 2014, the Election Boycott Advocates welcome Jill Dalton to the show to discuss the biggest political events of 2014. Dalton, who is the author of the eBook, "Is It Fascism Yet ?", has been writing for non-corporate media outlets, such as Dandelion Salad, OpEdNews, RSN, NationofChange, for many years. Jill has been one of the few reporters who have questioned whether or not voting really matters in America.
Will 2015 be a year marked by the billionaire ruling class or will the workers continue to rise up in the face of the deteriorating conditions of capitalism? Will elections and the state continue to lose legitimacy in the eyes of the working class? Tune in to hear a discussion you will hear few places elsewhere.
Here is Jill Dalton’s bio: Jill Dalton is a writer/actress/army brat/activist/truth teller. She can be seen in and consulted for William Hurt on the HBO film, Too Big To Fail, about the global financial meltdown. Her articles have appeared @ Dandelion Salad, OpEdNews, RSN, NationofChange. Her eBook, Is It Fascism Yet? is available on amazon.com. Her play, Collateral Damage, was a semi finalist at the 2014 O’Neill Playwrights Conference.
