As the Real Food Revivalist, I believe that many of the "modern" diseases of our society are the result of factors that we can influence or control. On this show we talk about real food for real life. How to make changes that matter. It is time to get back to an ancestral way of eating and stop taking our nutrition advice from those who are not science-based.
One-on-one consultations provided local and long distance, in person or via the telephone or internet.
I use Real Food nutrition and quality supplementation to help improve and reverse many chronic health conditions.
My plan will help you uncover hidden food sensitivities, detect candida overgrowth, dysbiosis, and leaky gut. You will have a solid plan to heal your digestive tract and restore health and vitality.
Beautiful classically trained dancer and newest star of ABC Family’s groundbreaking hit show “The Fosters” Caitlin Carver, is taking the entertainment world by storm with her outgoing personality, relentless work ethic and sparkling smile that is certain to be a fan favorite this season. Executive produced by Jennifer Lopez, the series follows the lives of the Foster family, consisting of an interracial lesbian couple raising a blended family of biological, adopted and foster children. June 16th marks the Season 2 premiere of “The Fosters."
Born in Monrovia, Alabama Caitlin had big aspirations to travel and learn about various cultures around the world while growing up dancing, acting and playing softball in her small suburban hometown. An early break on “Drop Dead Diva” followed by a summer in Los Angeles just after graduation inspired her to pursue her dance career as she was motivated by the energy and competitive industry in Hollywood. She quickly landed a role on Disney’s “So Random” followed by back-up dancer performances with Beyonce, Pitbull and NeYo and many more. Making her way onto the silver screen she’s appeared on "Glee,” ‘Southland,” “Nashville,” and VH1’s hit dance docu-drama “Hit The Floor,” as a regular cast member last season.
A Southern belle at heart, Caitlin enjoys experimenting with vegetarian versions of her family recipes for southern cooking while staying active in Los Angeles with swimming, hiking and hot yoga. She looks forward to giving back to her dance community by teaching classes for children and nurturing self-esteem in young girls just getting their start in Los Angeles. Her love of fashion and beauty techniques she learns on set and have made her quite the fashionista with her favorite quick tips and tricks for the active girl on-the-go.

Caitlin Roper is an Activist, Survivor and State Coordinator for Collective Shout which is a grassroots movement against the objectification of women and sexualisation of girls in media, advertising and popular culture.
Knowing the pain of sexual violence, first-hand, Caitlin is keen to see change and not only awareness but activation and protection when it comes to girls and sexual abuse. After walking through her own abuse journey, she was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and underwent treatment. Caitlin began blogging about her experience in the hope that by sharing openly and honestly she would not only find healing for herself but could help others who are victims or survivors of sexual abuse.
Caitlin had been sexually abused and for years she had attempted to bury it but found the pain of it all continued to pop up every now and then. The pain associated caused extensive distress and remained unresolved. As she sought help and began to speak about her experience, she soon realised there was a deafing silence around sexual abuse and rape. Victims feel a sense of shame for the violent acts committed against them and in our culture they are often blamed for 'putting themselves in that situation'. This only serves to keep victims quiet and allow perpetrators to continue to abuse without consequence.

BARRY HAS FUN WITH HIS NEW POWERS BUT A SETBACK MAKES HIM QUESTION HIS ABILITY TO BE A HERO — Barry (Grant Gustin) escorts Iris (Candice Patton) to a university gathering honoring scientist Simon Stagg (guest star William Sadler). When six gunmen storm the event, Barry changes into The Flash and tries to stop them. While he does save a man’s life, he passes out before he can capture the robbers, which frustrates him. As Dr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) and Cisco (Carlos Valdes) scramble to find out what’s wrong with Barry, Joe (Jesse Martin) comes down hard on Barry for taking the law into his own hands and risking his life. Barry realizes that it wasn’t six gunmen but a metahuman named Danton Black (guest star Michael Christopher Smith), who can make multiples of himself. Meanwhile, Iris becomes even more intrigued by the “red streak.” David Nutter directed the episode with story by Greg Berlanti & Andrew Kreisberg and teleplay by Andrew Kreisberg & Geoff Johns.

Caitlin Jane will be interviewed by Father Rosado and Joe Siriotis. During the show we will be giving away 2 copies of her 2008 album Ahes into Beauty and 2 copies of her latest album Coming Season. Every once in a while, there comes upon the music scene an artist who stands out among the rest…Caitlin Jane is such an artist. Young, fresh, and vibrant—her energetic, endearing personality on stage, along with her poetic, creative song-writing has an effect on audiences young and old. With an eclectic mix of piano-driven pop tunes and melodic strings interwoven through many of her songs, she has a powerful voice, which is often compared to that of Natalie Merchant or Sarah McLachlan. Behind the pure and rich vocals there's a profound message that speaks to listeners' hearts. Many have commented, “Where did this huge voice come from in this little young lady?” She has been described by listeners as “authentic,” “vulnerable,” and “anointed.” Hailing from Delaware, Caitlin has toured to cities across the country such as San Diego, New York, and Nashville, and has opened for acts including Todd Agnew and BarlowGirl.
Caitlin Jane's first EP Ashes Into Beauty was released in 2007 while completing her studies at Messiah College Coming Season debuted in 2011.
