From the depths of the R&B music revolution emerges an artist whose multi-dimensional lyrical decadence is nothing short of sensational. She is the innovative, yet sensual phenom whose passion and drive for success propelled her music into a new dimension of personal growth for music lovers to experience. Her name is Adina Howard.

In 1995, Howard hit the charts with her platinum selling hit single “Freak Like Me”, that was featured in her debut album, Do You Wanna Ride?. Following her debut, Howard introduced a second album, Welcome to Fantasy Island, with

her lead single, "(Freak) And U Know It". In 1997, she also collaborated with Jamie Foxx on the Platinum selling slow jam, "T-Shirt & Panties" which appeared on the soundtrack to the 1998 feature film Woo.

  • REVEAL YOUR EXCELLENCE w/ The On-Camera Coach! Renai Ellison

    in Self Help

Renai chats with Certified Life Coach and ELI Master Practitioner Nancy Solomon Gross about her unique niche of COACHING THE MALE CLIENT.

I launched my career in television after a summer internship with KYW-TV in Philadelphia and have hosted television programs on HGTV, PBS, and QVC. Currently, I am a certified personal development coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). My coaching practice was born in 2007 and has been redefined as a result of the incredible training I received from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). My coaching practice focuses on helping you to access higher levels of energy so that you can create the life you desire. I tap into the power of the media to connect with people and help them unlock their true potential.

I grew up in Scarsdale, New York and am the youngest of three children. I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BS degree. For 20 years I have worked as a salesperson at brand agencies. I have a husband and two daughters, a step son and a dog. They all bring me much joy and support in all things. I realized that much of my inspiration for coaching comes from being a wife, mother and friend, and my professional experience guiding others to new opportunities in business. I have a deep desire to guide men to  a life of self empowerment, interest, and meaning.
