What Constitutes Animal Cruelty? Acts of violence or neglect made against animals are considered animal cruelty. Examples include overt abuse, dog fighting, and being neglected or denied the basic necessities of care, such as food, water, shelter, sanitation, grooming and veterinary care.
Neglect is the failure to provide an animal with the most basic of requirements of food, water, shelter and veterinary care.Neglect is often the result of simple ignorance on the animal owner's part and is usually handled by requiring the owner to correct the situation. If the problem is not corrected, the animal may be removed from the neglectful person by law enforcement authorities. In some cases, the owner will simply turn the animal over to authorities because they no longer want the responsibility.
Intentional Cruelty is often more shocking and usually an indicator of a serious human behavior problem. Intentional cruelty is when an individual purposely inflicts physical harm or injury on an animal.
The NJSPCA has trained investigators with the authority to arrest and prosecute those individuals who have deliberately maimed, tortured or even killed animals.
Someone who is violent towards animals may be violent towards family members or other people.
Enforcement of Animal Cruelty laws is the primary responsibility of the NJSPCA and it's investigators. We handle complaints daily in all 21 counties throughout the State.
Many people who witness, or hear about cruelty, are not aware that legal action can be taken to help stop the problem. Companion animals are covered by the State of New Jersey's animal cruelty laws. Generally, animal cruelty can be divided into two categories: Neglect and Intentional Cruelty:
The police state is pushing back, like any good bully would when confronted with determined opposition. Kory and his wife were arrested over the weekend while peacefully copwatching in Arlington, Texas. The police there have had enough of him informing "suspects" of their rights and want to put a stop to it. In the process they roughed up his wife and left visible bruises. Kory will be calling in around 11pm Eastern, 10pm Central.
Nick Kasoff is from Ferguson and has been reporting from there since the Mike Brown tragedy occured. He was arrested just yesterday for being near a protest that the police deemed illegal. He will be calling in around 9pm Eastern, 10pm Central to tell his story.
Shalom everyone this evening we will be discussing social indoctrination. in·doc·tri·nate is to teach (a person or group) to accept a set of beliefs uncritically. It is the process of inculcating ideas, attitudes, cognitive strategies or a professional methodology (see doctrine). It is often distinguished from education by the fact that the indoctrinated person is expected not to question or critically examine the doctrine they have learned. As such the term may be used pejoratively, often in the context of education, political opinions, theology, religious dogma or anti-religious convictions. The term is closely linked to socialization; in common discourse, indoctrination is often associated with negative connontations, while socialization refers to cultural or educational learning. We must acknowledge and accept that the older generations where assimilated and passed down the techniques of indoctrination possibly without even knowing it because they/we where only doing what was familiar to us because of our own indoctrination.
THIS is SPIRITUAL WARFARE!!!!!!!
Luke 8:30----":And Jesus asked him, saying, What is thy name? And he said, Legion: because many devils were entered into him.
Criminals OFTEN use aliais to HIDE their identies! They DETEST using their "GOVERNMENT NAMES". (as they often like to call it)
ON THIS SHOW? We are CALLING out the NAMES of PARTICULAR DEMONS and how to DEFEAT THEM.......ONE BY ONE!!
TUESDAY, August 19th @ 8pmEST / 7pmCST / 5pmPST
Ont this week's "Rod Stevie Show" we will take on child discipline the aftermath of the arrest of NFL Runningback Adrian Peterson. He claim he just gave his child a spanking with a "switch". But will the photos show a different story? Is this a staple of how the government view discipline in our communities? Or should we find a differnt way to discipline our children?
On the show I will discuss the protest in Ferguson. The illegal use of tear gas on the peaceful protestors and my experience with tear gas during the protest. I also hit on police harrassment of African American males which leads to incidents like Mike Brown continuing. There needs to be justice for Mike Brown. Darren Wilson's arrest is righting a wrong. The Real Thugs have badges and guns! Americans do not feel safe with these thugs on the streets. It's time for a change!
