Hands Up Don't Shoot is Ferguson's call to Justice. Justice for Mike Brown. Justice in the courts now and hereafter. Judicial, economic, and social justice is being attacked daily in communities like Ferguson all acorss America. It is the community of Ferguson that have stood up, with hands up and made their mark as the thumbprint of what an America of equality should look like. Ferguson asks for Justice in the courts, Justice in employment opportunities, pay, benefits, and social justice with adequate representation in community services like policing, boards, legislators. Social equality must be reflected in schools, housing, medical institutions, roads and grant and loan opportunities from community banking to grow community businesses.
Ferguson residents who critized the non arrest of the shooter has been treated as terrorists. Ferguson residents who supports the shooter has been treated as all American citizens should be treated. Police departments from several areas participated in a practice exercise on use of warfare equipment against those who object to a live being taken with no arrest. The draw down on American citizens was absolutely unnecessary. It was extreme, war like, and I have not doubt that community will need therapy for years to come. Those actions have been internalized and will show up in the daily lives of the community of Ferguson if not across America. America must take this hands up symbol as a surrender to completely repair what ails this country. The remnants of slavery that has embedded itself socially, economically and in the judicial system
There's a movement growing across America. The movement is on track to change a lot of things that are required for the best America ever. One of the ways this movement will end in the best America ever, is that all Americans will be included. The movement began in Ferguson Missouri. This will be a first. America has come a long ways but justice for all Americans has never been part of the fabric of America as will be required this time. When we speak of justice likely the mind goes toward the courts. Well justice in the courts is at the top of the list. But justice begins with truth and righteousness. When we think in this manner about justice the average working person, who is the backbone of America will realize immediately, justice has not prevailed and the result has not been things that are good. every includes all Americans. There are four area where we are going to see justice prevail across America as a direct result of the young people of Ferguson standing up for justice. The stand taken by the up and rising society of Ferguson will not be welcomed by all, but in decades to come, all America will benefit. The same thing happened in the 1960's when there were demonstrations for freedom of blacks to get jobs, eliminate police brutality, right to vote without losing jobs and life. Ferguson is actually fighting a fight that has aleady been fought. The difference is no water hose, but guns, and not all blacks see themselves as being in the shoes of Ferguson. Some people are blaming Ferguson for where they are today. The fact is America is in America today, more than ever before corporations are ruling our ever move. From conception to education, to punishments to economics, to inheritance. ALEC is the organization that controls America and ALEC is the organization that has to be put out of business. The only way to cease the practices of ALEC in America is to vote out the GOP.

This Friday's Critical Conversations begins with Texans Dr. Jim Picht and attorney James Edwards discussing the indictment of Governor Rick Perry.
Perry has been indicted for "coercion" and abuse of power because he refused to fund the office of DA Rosemary Lehmberg after losing confidence following her belligerent behavior during a DUI arrest.
A grand jury indicted Texas governor Rick Perry this week on abuse of power charges, and he was arraigned on Wednesday complete with mug shot and fingerprints.
Perry has been supported by some surprising liberal leaders, including Alan Dershowitz, but has also been slammed by others.
Staying stateside, the conversation will move to Ferguson, Missouri and the clashes between police and residents following the killing of 18 year-old Michael Brown.
Our guest tonight will be Kerry Trahan a 1988 graduate of West Point Military Academy. He served 11 years active and reserve service as an office in the United States Army. He is a graduate of the military police officers advance course.
The question of the relationship between police and resident is under a bright light and Kerry and Jim Picht will talk about whether Darren Wilson could have had options other than using lethal force with Michael Brown.

Domestic violence is a heated topic with many different views on what is abuse and how victims should deal with it. Laws have been put in place to have zero tolerance but have they worked the way they were intended and have they created criminals for incidents that should not have resulted in arrest. Is it a problem for just women and why do victims stay so long. Can ABUSERS be changed and if so how. This topic needs more attention and not just for the obvious reasons join us live and share your thoughts

Today on "It's My House" we shall have a "Homeowner Law Clinic" to discuss "understanding the Police".
Many people get mad or frustrated with the police because they expect the Police to be a certain way or do certain things of which many times they are not empowered to do. Often times people will call the police to handle something that might have happened in your home. They come out, the person makes a complaint, but there is no arrest..........and maybe that is what the person wanted............an arrest.
We shall discuss what the Police CAN and CAN NOT DO when a homeowner makes a call to our local Police.
