Tonight on "It's Real Talk Radio" the topic of conversation is the last days; are we actually living in them? With everything we have going on from crime to violence to super storms to global warming, etcetera; one could surely argue the case. Well tonight the "IRTR" crew will be diving in on this discussion and you're invited to join us. Our call in # is 347-838-9540. We look forward to seeing you Monday night at 9PM EST.

In these last days there are three things we need to do. First, we must make certain that Jesus is on the throne of our lives. Have we allowed the cares of this world to pull us away from our first love, like the Church of Ephesus in the book of Revelation? The second thing we must do is allow the Holy Spirit to renew our thinking. This means being willing to let go of outdated thinking and ideas from the wineskins of our past. New wine will always require a new wineskin. And we must desire the new wine that He wants to pour into us. Today we will conclude with number three. As we watch the news and hear about the events going on around the world, few of us fail to recognize the signs of the times. Few would argue against the notion that we are indeed in the last days. Now that we recognize that fact, what are we to do? What did Jesus say? What must we guard and watch out for? These are serious questions that we must know the answers to for ourselves. Jesus demands it. We know it is not a time to cower in fear. But do we really know what to do and what to expect? We'll touch on these questions this week on Word Wisdom. Are we in the Last Days? How do we know? Is there a benchmark? Paul speaks of the attitudes of men in the last days in 2 Timothy 3, does this passage give us a litmus test? Is the second coming of Christ drawing near? Today we talk about events and headlines that suggest we are in fact living in the Last Days, the times just preceding the second coming of Christ.

Bible dictionary - a strong desire after the possession of worldly things , lusting for that thing/person
The apostle John in 1 John 2:15-17..warns against loving the world and the things in the world. It is clear from this passage that love for the things in the world is negative and is something we should avoid. If we reflect further on this verse, we will see that this warning also covers the area of greed and covetousness. Greed and covetousness is also highlighted in verse 16. “The lust of the flesh” here refers to strong desires that proceed from the flesh; it is our personal, fleshly desires. A major problem of the lust of the flesh is man’s wrongful desires or covetousness for all kinds of things. Likewise, “the lust of the eyes” refers to the things the eyes see and inappropriately long for. These are all connected. These are things not good for us that's why the word of God warns us to stay away. We ought not to harbour desires for these things.

Check back each week for a new show. With guests, history, scripture and current events that tie it all together and show how we are living in the days of the soon-to-return coming of the Son of God to the earth. Those who have renounced their once-believed faith and those who never had one will face the most terrible time in the history of this fallen world. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God..
Participants are encouraged to present their spiritual questions, queries and struggles, whereby the host will attempt with the aid of scripture and the Holy Spirit's inspiration to provide adequate instruction, correction, inspiration and encouragement. Comments and exhortation may also be solicited from the other participants within the bounds of relevance and congeniality. The overall objective will be to create a liberated atmosphere where people feel free and comfortable to share their concerns and get their longtime, internalized questions at the least addressed and ideally answered. This format is being employed to stir discussion and participation amongst God’s people and counter the current spectator, one-way monologue program that is being practiced in most contemporary church worship services today. The goal being to allow the Holy Spirit the freedom, time and interaction to bring knowledge, wisdom, healing and support to the members of Christ’s body, for one another and by one another. As well as, inviting outside seekers of truth into a non-intimidating, non-traditionally religious setting of dialogue, where they can pose their questions without fear of judgment and openness and acceptance in a spirit of love and mutual engagement. Join us as we pierce through the darkness & cut our way through the murky waters of what Christianity has become today, so as to find the freedom that Christ intended us to have, in the same way he taught & shared when he walked & lived life among the people. What was the Act's Church & were we meant depart from it into what Church has become today. And if we have, how did we get there? Join us as we unravel these questions & tackle many more which has made Christianity into what it is today.
This episode of Pneumatikos will explore the words of the Iesous about the last days. The Iesous spoke about the last days with confidence and authority. He knew that Theos was in control and he organized his life around that exclusive reality. There are those who seek to be dismissive of his words but that is an unfortunate position. The statistical and historical integrity of predictive prophecy has long been established.

In The Last Days. The world as we once knew it is changing rapidly. So rapidly, in fact, that you may not be aware of just how dramatically different our world has become. The superstructure that will house the lost and unsaved world during the Great Tribulation is now being built, and as such puts the date of our departure in the Rapture that much closer.
In tonight's bible study, we examine from a rightly dividing perspective the times in which we now find ourselves as bible believers, and just how much prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes.
