Do your children seem to endlessly be complaining of stomach aches? Do they have trouble concentrating in school and missing school days? Do you know the source of stress in your children's lives? Have you been to all types of physicians and still can't figure out what to do? Where do you start when you think there may be something else going on here? Can a child with a stomach issue grow out of it or will they present as an adult with significantly greater health issues?
Dr. Jeanette Gallagher, ND, board certified Naturopathic Physician, will be speaking today with Dr. Michael Lawson, MD, board certified gastroenterologist and Dr. Jessica Del Pozo, PhD, clinical psychologist. Dr. Lawson and Dr. Del Pozo are co authors of The Gut Solution which is a complete guide to help parents look at the health of the child when issues arise and use their SEEDS program for IBS and recurrent stomach pain. All Drs agree: ask questions, get help, do something, take responsibility and step up for what may seem to be a simple concern now may present in later life as a significant health issue.

Delfin has the gift of dreams. They either warn him or give him information on questions he has. He has also been a sensitive or empath all his life. He picks up on the vibrations of others and the feelings of other people. He has been intuitive most of his life and has been working on fine tuning this gift. He loves to learn so he has done quite a bit of research on many different topics. However, the spiritual topic has always been his favorites. This is Delfin’s 2nd interview and he will be talking about Indigo Children and Adults.
Quoting the American Psychological Association; Excess weight and obesity in childhood and adolescence has become a serious public health concern in the United States. The “obesity epidemic” has particularly exploded in the last 25 years. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the prevalence of obesity has more than doubled among children ages two to five (5 percent to 12.4 percent) and ages six to 11 (6.5 percent to 17 percent). In teens ages 12 to 19, prevalence rates have tripled (5 percent to 17.6 percent).
This has significant implications for the life expectancy of obese youth who are likely to experience higher rates of hypertension, elevated cholesterol, and Type 2 diabetes than their parents. This may be the first generation to have a shorter life expectancy than the one immediately before them. There is some encouraging news that growth in childhood obesity prevalence has slowed in recent years, however serious efforts are still required to fully reverse the trend.
From a study in West Virginia - According to the National Institutes of Health, obesity and overweight together are the second leading cause of preventable death in the United States, close behind tobacco use. An estimated 300,000 deaths per year are due to the obesity epidemic.
So what can be done? Listen in and find out...

Prayer with the Prophets!
Let's pray like: Jesus, King David, Daniel, Prophetess Anna, Paul and Silas and you!
Luke 18:1 (KJV)
1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;
Matthew 6:9-13 (KJV)
9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.
10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.
Let us pray until we have the answer!

What is modern slavery?
Slavery did not end with abolition in the 19th century.
The practice still continues today in one form or another in every country in the world. From women forced into prostitution, children and adults forced to work in agriculture, domestic work, or factories and sweatshops producing goods for global supply chains, entire families forced to work for nothing to pay off generational debts; or girls forced to marry older men, the illegal practice still blights contemporary world.
According to the International Labour Organisation (ILO) around 21 million men, women and children around the world are in a form of slavery.
There are many different characteristics that distinguish slavery from other human rights violations, however only one needs to be present for slavery to exist. Someone is in slavery if they are:
forced to work - through mental or physical threat;
owned or controlled by an 'employer', usually through mental or physical abuse or the threat of abuse;
dehumanised, treated as a commodity or bought and sold as 'property';
physically constrained or has restrictions placed on his/her freedom of movement.
Contemporary slavery takes various forms and affects people of all ages, gender and races.
