Excitement and anxiety are two different things. Many of us end up in anxiety producing situations, whether it is a relationship, a situation or just figments in our own minds. We make decisions based on this anxiety and for many f us when we feel it we always try to associate it with something in our lives producing unhappiness.
It is not always about a situation. It is really a multi-causal interpretation of events and a state inside. Join me to learn what the heck I am talking about--so you can have more control over your own emotional perspectives.
When human beings stop repeating history in their own lives, anxiety will cease, even if it is still playing out in society on a larger scale. Fear runs most of us and anxiety is often a harbinger of some imagined future fate, whether it is in our personal relationships, careers or what we believe the world is coming to (and hey--just read a history book)...we think we know, but anxiety usually tells us something is uncertain, or that we lack control.

I will be sharing the tips on getting out of the anxiety loop (which were not shared last week) and into being in control of your emotional state, so you will feel a greater degree of availability, freedom and inner wisdom around your choices.

It's true what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. Many of us have skeletons from our past which still haunt us, however, when they are released you will notice that your mission is to help others. You are a lightworker! Yes, you charted a difficult childhood but it was to teach you how to deal in a stressful situation. It's that flight or fight response. You can actually be calm in a traumatic situation now because of it. You can also help others and be a lightworker from living in such dysfunction. If you repress these skeletons they remain in your closet forever. You may have turned your feelings off. However, something great can come out of something bad and it will when you let those childhood skeletons in your closet go. Bury them. Have a funeral to the old you.
