In this show, I'm answering YOUR top spirituality questions! And as always, these are awesome topics to dive into and explore for the benefit of everyone listening:
- I feel my job here is complete. So l seek nirvana and pray to God to call me, this way l can help my loved ones and be their spirit guide. What should I do?
- Do items touching my skin, such as jewelry and eye glasses - affect my chi and auric field?
- Can you explain what it means when a planet leaves one zodiac sign and enters another? It seems like that happens a lot, but some times are more important than others.
- I finished reading Modern Heroine's Journey of Consciousness and I have a question about the five types of consciousness you explain. Can these energies overlap?
- I want to open up to more of my spiritual gifts in 2015. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks!

Living in the 21st century means less time, more stress; less standing more sitting; less walking more driving; less slow food, more fast food and less face time more Facebook. All this adds up to a very poor state of mind, body and health. Leading to a slew of health problems from depression, aches and pains, heart diseases and the list goes on. Finding a solution in a pill or a surgery could seem smart but not always wise. As one explores holistic / complementary approaches to issues of the mind and body and health, very naturally we are confused with what works and what doesn’t, who to believe and what to believe? This dilemma holds us back from taking our first step towards trying out holistic approaches even though they have been scientifically proven to help heal us. Today, on the show we are discussing Tai Chi, Yoga and meditation with experts who will answer a lot of our burning questions and hopefully bring clarity to this very important issue of our time.

What my tongue and nails tell practitioners about my health and why that is so vitally important?
Even before health conditions show up on laboratory tests, they show up on nails and tongue, really?
Does your tongue have teeth marks, a yellow coat, or feel too big for your mouth?
Are your nails bending, splitting, yellow, ridged, spooning or just looking different than they used to?
Time to step up and look at your nails and tongue to see what stories they may be telling you. Find out more in Dr. Chi's book and guide your health towards wellness. It really is just up to you.
