Family histories of obesity including both of our mothers who died early due to complications from high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes
To create an environment for our clients that incorporates the importance of their faith with their desire to be healthy. We pray with every client when our sessions are finished Our health issues are very rarely disconnected from our spiritual walk
