With the recent revelations that Syrian President Bashar al-Assad may be using nerve gas on civilian populations, all eyes are on President Barack Obama to see if the use of chemical weapons does indeed cross a "red line." Already, various members of Congress are calling on the Administration to intervene. However, president Obama and others have called for patience and caution, saying more concrete evidence is needed.
