THE N WORD!!
Hi, I'm Chelle Ni-Cole. Tune in to "The 411" as my guest speakers and I
discuss the "N-Word" and its use within the African-American community.
Some use it as a term of endearment. Others say it is derogatory and should
be completely abated by those whom the word has come to describe. Why is
this word so powerful? Join me, author Sennefer Ahy, 101 Oasis Radio host
Tia Harris, and CEO of B2 Brand Marketing Sahara Brinson as we engage in a
very vibrant discussion about: The "N-Word". Saturday, June 27th at pm on

Learn Balanced Choices with Chelle Knijnenburg
Thursday August 21, 2014 @ 1pm my special guest is my friend and colleague Chelle Knijnenburg and we’re going to be talking about BALANCED CHOICES
Chelle is an author, a blogger, an activist, nutritionist and the Chief Fun Officer of Food. She has spent a lifetime debunking the “common thoughts” and mistakes that people make concerning food, food choices and food lifestyles.
So, what do we really know about what to eat? Most of us just follow whatever are the most popular regimes, fad diets or whatever “the experts” or media says is the best for us, right? That’s what I used to do too. I was an exercise expert but not a food expert or nutritionist, but I knew enough to know I didn’t know anything.

Talk to you soon,
Chelle has been working with women and their Wombs for her entire adult life. She started at age 18 helping women with fertility struggles become pregnant using alternative and energetic methods. She has helped tens of thousands of women through pregnancy privately and while working at several Orange County hospitals over the last 27 years as well as attending well over 500 births as a doula. She has written about birth in medical journals as well as parenting publications, and has lectured at medical conferences in the US and Mexico. Now in private practice, Chelle assists women with Womb Wellness through the use of ancient Meso American techniques such as Womb Massage and Herbal Steam baths. As an herbalist she customs blends herbal formulas for women with gynecologic issues. She helps women break free from their past traumas, that so many women hold within the core of their body, with her Womb Clearing® sessions. Our womb is a vessel at the very core of our being, like a vase holding energy from every past sexual experience, abortions, miscariages, traumatic births, cesareans, sexual abuse and unhealthy relationships. These old, stagnant energies inform our body, soul and emotions acting as old programs. Once these energies are cleared we open more spaciousness for Love (for ourself and others) Forgiveness, Creativity, Abundance, Beauty and Grace to enter our core, the source of creation in our lives.

Washington DC – Minister Franklin “Bubby” Fann has again solidified his presence among the gospel music elite with his new radio single, “How Great.” The song, a high-energy take on the classic “How Great Thou Art,” is the first offering from the upcoming project “Praise Interpretations.” Known for his chart-topping “Judah Prayze” on Tyscot Records, Minister Fann has built an impressive reputation as a premier songwriter and producer, and has penned songs for charting artists to include Pastor Marvin Sapp.
An avid reader since her primary years, Chelle saw books as an escape mechanism. Excited by the worlds, and characters that could be created with a touch of the imagination, she began writing her own stories at the age of 12. The more enamored with storytelling she became, the more she wanted to create stories about the suffering, and hardships she saw others enduring, with one twist…her characters would rise above their adversities and limitations, but not always with traditional endings
