Chef Arif Assaf didn’t always want to become a chef; but started his journey as a true foodie at the young age of 15. Perusing the cupboards of his house, Chef Arif started off by mimicking cooking techniques and recipes that were found on network television programs and family recipes. Chef Arif specializes in Southern African, Mediterranean and Caribbean cuisine. His cooking techniques have attracted the attention from key NFL players in which Chef Arif has been notoriously dubbed as “The NFL Chef.” He has been able to incorporate his love for cooking and sports by providing nutritious and healthy meals for NFL players. Alongside cooking for NFL players, Chef Arif has cooked for actors and members of congress. He is continuing to grow his empire in the culinary world as he is preparing to release his own line of seasonings!
Last weekend was full of British fighters, and we had some fun times in a number of those scraps. On Sky Sports, Kell Brook laced up Frankie Gavin, Lee Selby annexed a belt from Evgeny Gradovich, Jorge Linares outlasted Kevin Mitchell in a brutal go, Amir Khan got past a surprisingly scrappy Chris Algieri on Spike... But likely the talk of the weekend was Anthony Joshua's quick demolition job on Kevin Johnson. Even crazier is that Patrick Connor, boxing historian and contributor to The Fight City, and James Foley of Bad Left Hook welcome back Sam Sheppard of The Queensberry Rules, to give us a firsthand perspective of most of it. This coming weekend, Miguel Cotto wonkily defends the middleweight title against Daniel Geale at a catchweight on HBO, but not before Robert Guerrero takes on Aron Martinez for Premier Box
After a week off Big and Beefy have a lot to Chew The Fat about. Chef Clem has an upcoming airing of Cutthroat Kitchen coming on June 7th. Chefs Rob and Clem just voted in an African Food Plate Challenge. Theresa talks about her new gig as The Curvacious Cook and more.........
Due to a little food poisoning our buddy Jason from Flagship Brewery right here on Staten Island will have to call in becuse as he put it if he came here he would have to do the interview from the studio bathroom. (That would be awesome)

Admir Alibasic began working as a dishwasher at Ben & Jack's Steak House in high school. Watching the chef and line cooks work in the restaurant stoked his desire to become a chef. Alibasic's great passion for cooking led him to seek knowledge, learning cooking techniques from top chefs in the steakhouse industry and developing his eye for beef. Over time, he worked his way up through different roles in the kitchen starting with prep for dinner service to a line cook to specialist chef. Finally, as his skill set, confidence and creative ability became apparent, he was named Executive Chef of Ben & Jack's Steak House. While exploring and excelling in the kitchen, Alibasic also pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree from Hunter College where he majored in food science.He has been featured in multiple magazines, newspapers, radio interviews and television shows. Alibasic enjoys donating his time for charity events and has participated in over a dozen different events.

In continuing the series of the North American Sasquatch Researcher, Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio brings on Daniel Benoit hailing from Virginia. Daniel is the founder and CEO of E.C.B.R.O., East Coast Bigfoot Researchers Organization. Daniel is your average outdoors guy growing up in the country, spending lots of time playing in woods as a child, as well as hunting and fishing with his father. He has gained knowledge for this topic from his studies of wildlife research, Primatology, Ecology, and basic Biology. He has also gained much through his time and experience spent in the field. His research has a great deal of scientific basis and he believes in taking the time to draw your own conclusions and standing firm in your beliefs until proven otherwise. With this in mind, he founded ECBRO and the Discovery Project. The project is in place for the evidence and to find proof that of the elusive creature known as bigfoot. He works along with members of the ECBRO and valley bigfooters to research along various locations on the east coast.
