In this episode of Chewing The Fat with Big & Beefy , Chef Rob Burmeister and Chef Clemenza Caserta Jr. will be welcoming a special guest who's main goal in life is to end childhood obesity. He is the founder of a great organization called "Hip4Kids". Chef Chris Daly will be calling in to talk about his projects and great healthy products including the delicious "Chocolate HIP Cookie. Trust me when I say it is one of the best cookies I have ever eaten (quoted by Big). It is The Healthiest Cookie In The World as seen on The Rachael Ray Show. Chef Rob has helped out in Chef Chris' cause doing demos in schools to teach kids how to eat healthier.

Chef Colin Moody is executive chef at the world renowned platinum and emerald rated Monterey Peninsula Country Club in Pebble Beach, CA; home of the AT&T National Pro-Am. Two World Class Golf Courses with over one thousand members, seven outlets and a culinary team of 30. Featured Chef at the world renowned Pebble Beach Food and Wine event.
Chef Moody is a local California native who grew up in a large family that loved to cook, experiment and play together in the kitchen. He has been cooking professionally since the age of 17. He is now married to wife Darlene with two sons, Connor and Matthew.
Chef Moody is dedicated to following a progressive, environmentally sensitive approach to his menu development and has reached into the Monterey Bay area to foster relationships with local farmers and purveyors. Among other community partnerships, Moody partnered with Agriculture, Land Based Training Association Organics (ALBA), an organization that teaches low-income farmers the art of organic farming, resulting in a more profitable income for each grower. This partnership has enabled Moody to offer meals with day-fresh, locally grown organic produce.
Chef Moody is a contributing author in the award-winning Children’s Cookbook “Quickly, The Magic Spatula”, along with authors Cat Cora and Jacques Pepin. He also is a contributing author to “Pathways to Plate” Cookbook and “Artichoke Extravaganza”. He is the Chairman of the Board - Monterey Bay Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
