Often or rather most weeks I am unsure as to what our meditation will be about. As you know I started this meditation series based on a book I was reading that offered 101 meditations and after two years of planned meditations as much as 2 weeks in advance, I am now allowing spirit to lead me as to what each week to meditate about. Sometimes it"s scary, but really oftentimes it is exhilerating.
It is my hope that you are getting more involved in your own meditation life and letting spirt guide you as well. It's actually even more fun, I think. And I am every grateful for that opportunity to fulfill my meditation. Journey with me and discover the what your spirit within can do for you or where it will lead you.
Since August is my birthday month I'm sharing the words of my favorite liturgical and thought leader authors. Included this month are the wisdom of Neville Goddard, Florence Scovel-Shinn, Catheriane Ponder and Noah St. John.
Come relax and shake off the worries of the past week by relaxing wholly into the weekend. Listen to the persuasive works and words of these amazing thought leaders. Receive the varying ways to change your life for the better. We'll explore more about sleep, the subsconcious mind, prayer and the desires of your heart.
It's my birthday month, so I'll leave you through Affirmation-turned meditations by Catherine Ponder, Florence Scovel-Shinn, Neville Goddard and even with Afformation by Noah St. John. By the end of the meditation, you won't be able to help yourself, but feel better all around.
Are you glad that you are alive? Are you happy with your loved ones? Are you excited that your life is working out as well as it has and realized it can be even better?
If you said yes to any of that and you haven't though past any of it, it's probably time offer a word of thanks. Thank you to your Divine Deity, but a word of thanks can does go a long way. It's not for or to whom you pray, but it is exactly for you.
Being thankful, like being in forgiveness mode is for YOU and you alone. So ...Just Do It! You'll so fulfilled and better for it. Try today.
Two weeks ago we used 6 words - sounds to heighten our connection with Source through the use of sound to strengthen our intentions. This morning we will revisit those words through my experience and if you have written in via firstname.lastname@example.org through some of your experiences as well.
It is my hope that you used the words, visualized, meditated and felt the experiences you would like to reap through the use of the sounds and experience effects from the affects of those words we went through last time. Now let’s expand on our experiences and go even further.
How do you approach God? Do you believe that God is really worthy of your praise? What if you found out that you can talk to God? What would you ask Him? Where are you focusing? Are you striving for wealth? Status? Or does God want us to pray just because he loves us and wants to spend time together with us? Explore these ideas and more this week with Dr Pauline and Catherine.
Drawing the line: Boundaries with Spouses
If there were ever a relationship where boundaries could get confused, it is marriage, where by design husband and wife “become one flesh” (Eph. 5: 31). Boundaries foster separateness. Marriage has as one of its goals the giving up of separateness and becoming, instead of two, one. What a potential state of confusion, especially for someone who does not have clear boundaries to begin with! Join the women of The Word 4 H.E.R. Ministry as they are joined by Lonnie Jones, Tamon Pearson, and Min. Danyette Jones (no relation to Lonnie Jones) to discuss boundaries with spouses.
Setting clear and concise boundaries with friends. Having clear boundaries is essential to a healthy, balanced friendships. Boundaries help establish long lasting relationships. A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. Boundaries also let friends know how far they can and can’t go with one another.
The goal of The Word 4 H.E.R. Ministry to heal, empower, and restore women of all ages and background. They were founded to specifically address the spiritual and emotional needs of women whether they are in a leadership role in the church, home, or business.
Motto: He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destruction. Psalms 107:20

How do you relate to food? Do you eat to live? Or do you live to eat? This is an even more important question this time of year. Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and it's also the holiday (traditionally) the most focused on food than any other major holiday. Thanksgiving is about more than food, it's about fellowship. Fellowship with family, as well as fellowship with Jesus. Join Dr Pauline and Catherine for this important show about being present with God and your family during the time of year that it's so easy to lose focus on what's really important.
As always, we welcome your comments and questions through Facebook (Dunamas Center Ministries), and Twitter (@YourDunamasLife).
Watch for Dr Pauline's new book, "Won't Somebody Please Hear Me? Healing from Birth Traumatomology Syndrome"...Coming THIS MONTH!
