Why Communism Is It Justice for the People ?

    in Education

We will look into the policies of communism and further prove that communism is Biblical. We will see who really loses and who gains in a communist system. The propaganda of the western countries have distorted the view of communism in the minds many people. We will prove that communism is JUSTICE. Many will say that there will not be any class systems in Heaven, many will say that , yes, in heaven there will be no rich and poor, some people who have and others who don't have. But they say that this will happen in the clouds !!! The religion of the west has taught the people that the equity of Heaven will be way off in the clouds beyond the stars, but what the people are looking for in the sky, that system will be on this earth and it is called COMMUNISM, it is the system of utopia, the Bible calls it new Jerusalem. We can prove these claims, call and ask your questions.

Research Methods in Criminal Justice – Ethics and Design

    in Training

Brought to you by The American Public Safety Training Institute (TAPSTI) www.tapsti.org, this 2 hour session will review the work of Dr. Peter Kraska and Dr. W. Lawrence Neuman and their excellent textbook entitled “Criminal Justice and Criminology Research Methods” (2012, 2nd ed.).  Thinking about your application of ethics in your research project is critical to your completing enough preparation to be successful. Ethical conduct ensures that the "knowledge–power dynamic" which we understand so well in public safety generates knowledge only from credible research. As a criminal justice researcher you have a professional and ethical obligation to create new knowledge that is useful, accurate, credible, and that can be generalized across a wide population. The purpose of this seminar is to ensure you understand and appreciate the ethical implications of your research as well as the potential adverse impacts that research can have on others.

    LESMA Team Discusses Tamir Rice

    in Current Events

One year ago, police were called to a park in Cleveland with reports of a 'black male waving a pistol'. That black male was 12 year old, 5' 7", 195 lb Tamir Rice. Eyewitness reports are clear that Tamir Rice was reaching for his gun when he was shot and killed by police. What nobody on the scene knew was that the gun he was waving was an airsoft BB gun with the safety markings removed.
The media is playing up this story again as the anniversary date of the event just passed. David and the team are going to discuss this case in depth and what we as LESMA and Blue Justice listeners can do about it.

The Pennsylvania Justice Project - A Wrongfully Accused Man's Story

    in Legal

It has been about 2 years now, since I began to research and review the facts in the Timothy McEnany case — one of the worst miscarriages of justice in PA history, in my opinion.

McEnany was accused of murdering a Hummelstown woman in March, 1993; and despite mishandling and tampering at the crime scene by the victim’s family, gross errors and misrepresentations of so-called “expert witnesses”, and a litany of inconsistencies longer than your arm, McEnany was tried and found guilty of the crime he didn’t commit.

In this episode, we'll talk about the (poorly) manufactured evidence against McEnany, and the gross inconsistencies in the Commonwealth's case against him. How was this abusrd evidence not challenged?

And be sure to tune into our next program, when we take a look at one of the reasons that might have happened... It's called Incentivised Injustice... and it's all too commonplace in Pennsylvania it seems!
