NFL DRAFT PREVIEW
Carrington Byndom, CB – Texas
Travis Lee is a size and speed phenom at six foot one with his tremendous range and tenacious hitting ability.
A former Tuskegee Golden Tiger, Lee led Miles College with six interceptions last season and was eighth in total tackles with 40.
The Atlanta native plays with a chip on his shoulder and possesses the length as well as the physicality it takes to survive on an island at cornerback.
Lee is an under the radar type of player that is picking up buzz in scouting circles. He takes time to speak with Joe Everett of Draft Scouts to talk about his college career and realizing his NFL dream.

After a strong senior season, Benedictine University defensive back Rodney Nichols has been selected for the fifth annual National Bowl, a post-season all-star game consisting of student-athletes from Division II, Division III, and NAIA schools. The game will take place at 9:00 a.m. central time on Sunday, December 7 (10:00 a.m. eastern) at Ocean Bank Field in Miami, Florida on the campus of Florida International University.
A two-year starter at cornerback, Nichols was a key member of a BenU defense that led the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference in pass defense (147.1 yards per game) this season. An All-NACC Second Team selection, the South Carolina native tallied 47 tackles, four tackles for loss, a forced fumble, five pass breakups, and four interceptions. Three of the four interceptions came in consecutive games, with one of those being returned 54 yards for a touchdown against Concordia University Wisconsin. In his two-year BenU career, Nichols intercepted seven passes and tallied 15 pass deflections. On top of this year's All-NACC honor, Nichols was named All-Sportsmanship by the conference last season.
