Part 4: CUTV News Radio spotlights Catherine Oleksiw of Measured Transitions

    in Business

Plano, TX – Different emotions accompany change and all transition is fraught with emotional challenges. But if you can clear your emotional clutter, success is just around the corner.

“Life is about practicing. You can hold your head high and walk proud because you’re doing it,” says Dr. Catherine Oleksiw. “If you’re not important to yourself you won’t be able to extend yourself in a healthy way. You need to be grounded in motion, thoughtful action with feeling.”

Dr. Oleksiw is the founder and president of Measured Transitions, a coaching practice that supports organizations and individuals in building their capacity to change. Dr. Oleksiw coaches nonprofits and small businesses in strategic planning, program development and performance measurement. She coaches individuals, often within the work setting, in career development, especially in relation to transition or promotion within a company or organization.

“Quite often people feel as though they’ve hit a wall; that they’re stuck,” explains Dr. Oleksiw. “So it’s all about setting goals, determining what you want, your vision, and what resources you have available to you. Your life decisions should always be congruent with who you really are. The challenge sometimes is figuring out who you really are – or what you hope to be.”

  • Jan. 2, 2015 - 10pm (PST) Paranormal Gettysburg with Catherine & Patricia

    in Paranormal

Beginning in the early 1990s, Catherine began studying various plausible causes & effects resulting in paranormal activity and looking at how various levels of activity come about. Most of her research has been conducted on the Gettysburg, Pennsylvania Civil War Battlefield. Being only a short drive & a place where comparisons can be consistent. it's large enough for different repetitive studies, & active on many different levels of paranormal phenomena. She has dedicated countless hours & devoted her time for this research. capturing questionable photos & wonderful EVPs, and of course there are personal experiences. There is something about Gettysburg that calls her back over and over to what she describes as "home on the battlefield."

Catherine and Patricia have been working together on researching the paranormal history of Gettysburg and have some great tales to tell!

Noleen Finch-Author of "A Fight for Innocence"

    in Family

Noleen Finch was born into a family of thirteen, five brothers and five sisters; and often made up stories to entertain her younger siblings. She began writing poetry in her teens and has had numerous poems published in anthologies. She and her husband, Alan, reside in Cambridge Springs, PA. They enjoy their children and grandchildren, as well as traveling when they have the chance.

She's been on several blog-talk radio shows and the purpose for my interest is to make the public aware of the signs of child sexual abuse. My story deals with these signs, along with those of a perpetrator; and it is written under fiction but reads more like faction. I've had wonderful reviews on my story, and would love to be a part of the show to enlighten all listeners on what to watch for.

She has a website dedicated to this: www.gentlebraveheart.com /and one for the book www.afightforinnocence.com, and a FB page under the title as well.

Montana's Blue Gold-CSKT Water Compact Talk

    in Politics

The View From Montana is pleased to provide another series of radio programs on the proposed CSKT water compact winding its way through the 2015 legislature.  Millions of dollars of advertising has been spent in trying to convince Montanans that they must support this Compact, “or else”.  But what is really going on?  Why is there such a grab for Montana’s water and land?  Who is behind this?  Join us this Saturday, March 21 and Saturday March 28  for a full discussion of the Compact from a variety of perspectives.  Find out what people will be testifying about, and what issues are coming to the surface.  Come and learn why there is no CSKT water right off the Flathead Reservation, why the 10,000 claims are a complete hoax intended to scare and divide Montanans, and what happens to the Flathead Irrigation project with this Compact.  Find out why there have been no impact studies, and why we still don’t know how much water is involved in the Compact.  Please join Terry Backs, Dr. Kate, several senators and representatives, concerned citizens of NW Montana, and other guests for an important and informative program!

For more facts see Western Montana Water Rights  https://westernmtwaterrights.wordpress.com/
