Margie Lopez Read, Donation art rebroadcast

    in Podcasting

Margie Lopez Read, Donation art  rebroadcast

Margie Lopez Read, artist and donating all the proceeds of her art

Margie Lopez Read paintings, and or prints of paintings are traded for a check made out to a worthwhile organization that the buyer and Margie agree upon.

I had the sheer joy to be part of the original show that Armando Sanchez did on his network I learned so much that I had to invite onto to my show.

I found the idea of doing incredible artwork and then donating the purchase price back to non-profit, to be incredibly intriguing

I did a bit of research on her web site www.margies-art.com and Facebook:  Donation Art, and discovering such art work as, Rosa-Big Sweetness and Sutter Buttes (both I could feel connection to) makes me believe this will be a great show and I really look forward to it

"Art is life and not worth much unless it helps make the world just a little bit better in one way or another."

Art has been important to Margie her whole life, influenced in large part by her grandmother Margie Cooper, who was an accomplished painter.

She states, "All of that is fun, but I want my art to do more. You see, I believe that art is at its best when it teaches, records a memory, tells a story, or provokes thought.  It is better still if it can be used to raise funds for worthwhile non-profit programs that improve the condition of our world." and” Please feel good about what you have done to make the world a better place and have joyous and peaceful times during this holiday season."

Thanks to Armando Sanchez whose description I copied and who is also sponsoring this show along with Sedano media group

Canelo vs Lara robbery or not?

    in Sports

It was the most in-demand fight the fans could conceive of, at least the one that the powers that be could actually make, and yet, it was not as exciting when Saul “Canelo” Alvarez and Erislandy Lara actually got into the ring in front of an extremely pro “Canelo” crowd at the MGM in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The headline was “Puncher vs. Boxer” and the big question was whether or not Canelo was a big enough puncher to stop Lara from picking him apart, not necessarily stop Lara — although it was the only outcome some could foresee that would give Canelo a chance to have his hand raised at the end of the night — but prevent him from running away with the fight.

However, it wouldn’t be enough for Canelo to just not lose; he also had to find a way to win rounds, multiple rounds, rounds in succession. We will with out a shadow of a doubt be taking live calls on air from you the voice of the people. Saul "Canelo" Alvarez vs Erislandy Lara Recap

    in Sports

So "Canelo" Alvarez's split decision win over Erislandy Lara wasn't face-melting action. Was it even a win? What does Canelo do next? Did Lara really run all night? Did a robbery take place? Does Canelo's carpet match his drapes??? ...we're asking from an interior design perspective. Bad Left Hook's James Foley and Patrick Connor of Queensberry Rules will answer all of these questions and more, as they recap the entire PPV, including Abner Mares' tedious win over Jonathan Oquendo, Francisco Vargas' huge victory over JuanMa Lopez and Mauricio Herrera's fun one with Johan Perez. Oh yeah, and Jeff Lacy :( And up for next weekend, another show from Macau featuring Zou Shiming that includes Guillermo RIgondeax, Rex Tso, Gilberto Sanchez and Brian Viloria. Thanks for tuning in!
