Everywhere you look, real sugar is being replaced by one form of artificial sweetener or another. It is in food, water, beverages, cough and cold medicine and now even in your dental floss. The names may be changing but they all do the same thing. They provide a sweeter flavor but have a negative impact on your health. What are some of these sweeteners and how can consumers learn what they need to know? In this special evening edition of The Organic View, host, June Stoyer and special guest host, aspartame authority, Mary Nash Stoddard will discuss these very issues. Stay tuned.
Today’s show is sponsored by Austria’s Finest Naturally Authentic Pumpkin Seeds and Pumpkin Seed Oil from the Steiermark available at OrganicUniverse.com. There are many accounts of music's ability to alter the state of mind and even influence choices with both positive and negitive effects. Music-therapy research that claims that sad music helps a broken heart -- and can be a first step in overcoming depression.
There are studies for both points of veiw. For example, a person who just had a frustrating exchange with someone was more likely to choose angry music. Likewise, those with a broken heart chose sad music. And, according to the research, in some cases the brokenhearted said they would prefer to hear a weepy breakup tune rather than cry on the shoulder of an empathetic friend.
Join us as we explore the healing power of music and how it influences our daily lives.

Steve Jobs said and I quote...
"Your Life is TIME---YOUR TIME IS LIMITED, so don't waste it living someone else's life."
To begin, you have to make your own opportunities. Your future is not a matter of chance, it's a matter of CHOICES you make. It's not something you wait for, it's something you must actively pursue. PERSERVE, go on inspite of challenges and difficulties.
Don't wait for extraordinary opportunities,SEIZE THE MOMENT. SEIZE common occasions/events and make them great. Opportunity can come disguised in the form of misfortune or temporary defeat. Don't stop 3" from GOLD!
Start today, right where you are...etc.
Is green always greener on the other side...etc.
You're off to great places...etc.
Avoid road blocks to success...etc.
Golden opportunities are all around you...etc.
