Acupuncture as defined by the World Health Organization is a traditional Chinese Medical technique used for balancing the flow of energy or life force know as qi or chi, believed to flow through pathways in your body called meridians. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture has been clinically shown to treat a number of ailments, including all varieties of body pain, hypertension, stroke, infertility, drug dependency and schizophrenia
By using our symptoms as teachers an acupuncturist can help you to find the root cause of the symptom and help you to re gain balance and clarity.
Today I am joined in conversation by Acupuncturist Kevin Turner. Kevin will share his story of wellness that led him to become an acupuncturist and explain this ancient art of care that can help to alleviate pain, stress and PTSD.

Ionized Alkaline Water: Do We Need It To Prevent Or Overcome Cancer - And/Or Simply To Get And Stay Healthy? I get at least 5 questions a week asking about alkaline water, and in specific, ionized alkaline water. So I realized that I had to get off the fence and share my perspective, based on more than 5 decades of global travel and research. As well as living with many healthy, long living cultures along the way. You may be very surprised by my answer to this question.

Hoarding is the acquiring and keeping of so many possessions that areas of the home become unusable, yet the person continues to avoid any meaningful reduction of the belongings. By using an intervention technique called Harm Reduction we can help the person that hoards by helping them to be safe and giving them owbership in their decisions.
Join host Tami Neumann in conversation with Debbie Stanley, Mental Health Counselor, Corporate Psychologist and founder of Thoughts In Order. Through this conversation you will learn that hoarding isn't criminal or abusive to another person and ways to successfully help the person who hoards to be safe in their environment.

Tonight we discuss, Do Yourself No Harm. There's an African proverb that says, "if there is no enemy on the inside, the one on the outside can do you no harm." True pain is not what others do to you, but rather, what it is that you do to yourself. Beloved, it is the will of God that you do yourself no harm.
