Tonight we welcome Missy Whittington to the show. She is one of the creators of a new site called http://connectwithliberty.com/ and full of many hot political opinions. Gulf and I met her in a chat room at another show. She was a guest on the show earlier explaining her website but stuck around and filled the chat up with rants so we asked her to come on.
I have also asked a local friend to call in. I am not sure if he will but if he does you will also hear a rant or two from him. He was an investigator for a district attorney and was part of WBTM on BTR. I hope he calls in but if not you will hear from him soon.
Calls are more than welcome and encouraged for tonight's show. We will have a few things to knock around I am sure. After all we still have the same marxists attempting to destroy our country, Hamas firing rockets into Israel, immigrants flooding our border, etc.

What are some of the special challeges involved with caring for older pets? Many times when we take on the responsibility of caring for a new pet, we forget that as time goes on, our beloved friends will inevitably grow older--and with advancing age comes special care that may not have been needed when they were younger. Some of the same ills that older humans suffer from can affect our pets: arthritis, diabetes, (and certain cancers and tumors are more common in dogs or cats as they age). In this episode, we will explore ways that you can be better prepared to give your pets the best care possible in their golden years, and to keep them healthy as long as possible. So please tune in to our June 26th episode at 5PM, CST on The Missy Show.

Technology is becoming a growing presence in today's society. This presence not only affects the lives of humans, but has also overlapped into the lives of our pet companions. Technology now affords us the ability to locate our lost pets through tracking chips. That same technology makes possible, more comfort for our pets with climate controlled pet carriers and fetching machines that help our pets stay in shape. Also let's not forget the fascinating world of pet translation devices--what if you could really understand what Fido or Kitty was saying? What are your views regarding technology in the pet world? Be sure to join hosts J and D as they explore these topics on the July 19th edition of The Missy Show (Saturdays at 5PM CST).

Saxophonist Richard Elliot has arrived at a very special anniversary for blowing audiences away with his soulfully robust playing. 2014 marks 30 years since the release of his debut solo album, Initial Approach (ITI – 1984), on which he stepped out showcasing his tenor sax, soprano sax, Lyricon and writing skills. What does a red-blooded Scottish sax man raised in Los Angeles – now with a wife and five children – do for a 30-year encore? Well, this one-time member of the classic soul band Tower of Power proves he’s “not a young man” and drops the most overtly sensual, romantic and intimate album of his career in collaboration with contemporary jazz production/guitar giant Paul Brown. The title of this 17th solo project is Lip Service (the artist’s first for Heads Up/Concord Music Group).
Over time, he became a part of that country’s scene of young rising jazz artists and freelance musicians, featured as both a singer and saxophonist. Lie toured Norway, Sweden, and Finland with different groups and appeared on the jazz shows of NRK, the Norwegian equivalent of the BBC. Lie was also a recipient of a grant from the Norwegian State Fund for Performing Artists.
Lie later decided to move to the U.S. since his favorite styles of music “were being created in this country 24/7 everywhere.” Loving the Southern California climate and being “a certified beach bum,” he chose L.A. as his new base. Since then he has been a jazz artist and freelance musician, performing in clubs and at festivals and concerts throughout the West Coast.

Hello and welcome to the Casual Kiss. As many of us now know, Comic Con 2014 is happening and it is happening, and it is happening, and it is HAPPENING. Some of us who have not gone are putting up our infamous "I did not go to Comic Con" status updates/cover photos/profile pix on our social networking sites.
Check out my very own facebook page for my very lovely Comic Con cover photo ;)
However, it is an event that we still want to go to, and as such can participate via live updates.
I will share them with you on this show.
