Conversely, mastering statistics is a fundamental requirement of many sciences. Jobs offered to foreign workers should be jobs made available to American currently seeking jobs, and to American currently employed who could experience an increase in pay and or promotions by being hired to do these jobs. "The OFLC administers the PERM program, where employers whit a current need may obtain certification for a permanent position that they have been unable to successfully fill with a domestic worker. With the exception of certain occupational sectors, employers must obtain an approved and valid labor certification from Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) before they can submit a permanent resident immigration petition to Department of Homeland Security (DHS). As part of the labor certification application process, employers must perform a labor market test to determine whether qualified U.S. workers are able, willing, and available in the area where the job will be performed. Employers also must demonstrate that employment of the foreign worker will not adversely affect the wages and working conditions of U.S. workers similarly employed, and they must pay the foreign worker at least the prevailing wage for the occupation. These and other program-related conditions must be met prior to the OFLC granting a permanent labor certification".

Are we striving to be the capeable wife? She sure was a woman of excellence..
We have gone over some great qualities so far about this Proverbs 31 wife. She is virtuous, and a capeable wife. She is able. This rare woman not only was a great wife and mother she knew how to run her household. She brings quality into her household, whether that be by working with her hands or on her feet..she is willing to search and work to add much value into her home. She was a great homemaker, making sure in her home, she had quality of things to keep her household feeling warm, happy and well fed. she was willing to travel for these things. She worked hard for her family and loved ones and it was illuminated through out her home and household.

Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) - 575
Tonight's special guest is Lurleen Hilliard, from Ireland, a child abuse activist and author of the soon to be released book "Survivors Not Statistics." Lurleen's activism reaches far across "the pond" as she's in regular phone contact working with American, Canadian and others overseas. Two of her sons were abused as children, sexually and violently. Lurleen has numerous opinions and issues that are especially important to her: 1) Education of all children to be included in the National Curriculums from kindergarten upwards, 2) Compulsory ankle bracelet with full GPS trackers on all accused of sexual abuse against kids, 3) Compulsory jail sentence once a man or woman is convicted of sexual assault of a child should be life imprisonment without ever the possibility of parole or the death penalty. She says, "Human rights activists would say that the above jail sentence infringes on the criminal's human rights and personally the way that I look on it is simple .. they lost the right to be treated as a human being the second they decided in their head to abuse and hurt or murder a child for their own gratification."
