There's no question that today's relationships march to the beat of a different drum. Technology, the liberation of women, the overdevelopment of our youth and the lax operations of mainstream media have sent the message that a "hook-up" is a must-have, but the respect, communication, and equality of relationships are eliminated from the equation. With no real qualitative standards to meet, the goal is now to just have a companion to claim to the world or never to get caught alone. This leads to a race for a companion that you keep for life at any costs...even if you have to compromise your true beliefs, mannerisms, character, individuality, and even worse..your happiness. For Black America, much more of our precious human commodities are compromised and/or traded in as we become involved with twisted relationships to "fit in" or "feel priviliged". Join in tonight for Part One...as we focus on settling for less in relationships just to avoid loneliness or being the outcast. Call 347-327-9967 at 10:30 pm EST.

CORRUPT GA LAWYERS NO LONGER CHASE AMBULANCE: CITIZEN WARRANTS IS THE NEW TOOL. A WORD FROM ATTORNEY SHERRI JEFFERSON
This episode will discuss how Georgia lawyers are continuing to engage in fraud, abuse and violate the civil and constitutional rights of private citizens by abusing the use of private citizen warrants and subjecting innocent people to arrest to gain leverage in civil legal matters.
After 25 years of defrauding the auto insurance companies and the government via Medicaid and healthcare; "Runners" have worked for attorneys to commit abuse, fraud and illegal practices before either the State Bar of Georgia, law enforcement or the Georgia General Assembly acted to stop the illegal and unethical practice of ambulance chasing.
In 2014, the Georgia politicians amended O.C.G.A. § 33-24-53, which targeted attorneys and medical professionals who purchase and sell accident reports as a means to exploit victims. Unscrupulous attorneys and doctors use these reports to obtain personal contact information of accident victims and their families, and then directly contact these victims in their homes, hospital rooms and by telephone in an unlawful attempt to procure new clientele.
NOW, the "lawyers" are targeting new clientele by use of private citizen warrants, which authorizes private citizens to initiate criminal charges against other citizens without law enforcement. The attorneys are using these tactics to gain leverage in settlement or to intimidate citizens to cooperate in civil legal matters.
How many years before the State Bar of Georgia, law enforcement and the General Assembly will stop this practice by amending OCGA 17-4-40, which authorizes this practice.
Repeal Private Citizen Warrants Campaign (OCGA 17-4-40) to raise public awareness, empower victims, and effectuate change.

"....it must not be in the desert, but where there is plenty of rain and much mineral wealth. We want fertile, productive land on which we can farm and provide our own people with food, clothing, and shelter. "......this government should supply us on that territory with the machinery and other If a seventh of the population of this country is black, then give us a seventh of the territory, a seventh part of the county. And that is not asking too much because we already worked for the man for four hundred years.
And in my conclusion I repeat: We want no part of integration with this wicked race of devils. But he also says we should not be expected to leave America empty-handed. After four hundred years of slave labor, we have some back pay coming. A bill that is owed to us and must be collected. If the government of America truly repents of its sins against our people and atones by giving us our true share of the land and the wealth, then America can save herself. But if America waits for God to step in and force her to make a just settlement, God will take this entire continent away from the white man. And the Bible says that God can then give the kingdom to whomsoever he pleases. I thank you.
REPARATIONS FOR THE AFRICAN AMERICAN
Reparations is a point of agrrement for all African Americans.
This is a composition of some of the excerpts form Malcolm El Haji Malik Shabazz's speech on THE BLACK REVOLUTION. It can serve as a detailed outline for the Revolutionary forum on Reparations. "If a seventh of the population of this country is black, then give us a seventh of the territory, a seventh part of the county. And that is not asking too much because we already worked for the man for four hundred years. "....it must not be in the desert, but where there is plenty of rain and much mineral wealth. "......this government should supply us on that territory with the machinery and other If a seventh of the population of this country is black, then give us a seventh of the territory, a seventh part of the county. Huey P. Newton's analysis of Reparations is a bit deeper and more broad as it includes the entire realm of African People's. Lets get into that now..........
TONIGHT on Full Spectrum Radio join Dennis Estlock and I as we discuss St. Albans this past weekends investigation!!!
Described by many experienced paranormal teams as the “most active location on the east coast” – a night at St Albans Sanatorium is not for the weak or squeamish! Long before the St Albans Lutheran Boys School came into existence in 1892; members of the Powhatan, Shawnee and Cherokee Indian tribes inhabited this land. The Draper’s Meadow Massacre in 1775 tells the story of the horrors faced by early pioneers and of Mary Draper Ingles journey home after her capture by the Shawnees.
The Civil War also had its share of violence on this hill overlooking the New River. In 1865 Union forces defeated Confederate forces during the battles of Newbern and Cloyd’s Mountain. Union artillery bombarded the settlement of Central Depot (now the city of Radford) from the ridge where St Albans stands today.
On June 28, 1980 the heinous murder of Gina Renee Hall was committed not far from St Albans and her blood stained car was found only a few hundred yards away on Hazel Hollow Road. Often when paranormal investigations are conducted in the basement, and in particular the bowling alley, a strange and almost sentient mist is seen in conjunction with the mention of her name.
For nearly a decade paranormal groups have investigated St Albans and the reports of full bodied apparitions, shadow figures, levitating objects, disembodied (often threatening) voices and physical contact are just some of the documented occurrences. A “ghost hunt” at St Albans Sanatorium is much more than an occasional slamming door, benign EVPs, blinking flashlights or rolling balls. It promises to be an evening complete with anticipation, excitement and fear!

"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we answer client complaints on The Daily Complaint to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just piranhas but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on The Daily Complaint and I thank you for your continued support!
We hope you enjoy the Show...

Commissioners give an account of the Treaty proceedings. Number of Cherokee attendees was 918. Relate that they explained cession of territory from King of Great Britain in wake of Revolutionary War. Agents of North Carolina and Georgia protested the Treaty. Discuss the boundaries, the issue of white settlements on Cherokee lands and the matter of compensation to the Cherokees for that matter. Note that without the cooperation of North Carolina and Georgia, the treaty will be ineffectual. Spanish and French make great efforts to engross the trade of Indians. Provide gun men Indian populations as: Cherokees, 2000; Upper and Lower Creek, 5400; Chickasaw, 800; Choctaw, 6000. Women and children reckoned to be 4 times the number of gun men.
Hundred of Negros crossed the American Boarder in to Spanish Florida, to escape slavery. The swamps and forests became their homes. The men built houses for their families and raised crops in this hidden and fertile lands....
