Commissioners give an account of the Treaty proceedings. Number of Cherokee attendees was 918. Relate that they explained cession of territory from King of Great Britain in wake of Revolutionary War. Agents of North Carolina and Georgia protested the Treaty. Discuss the boundaries, the issue of white settlements on Cherokee lands and the matter of compensation to the Cherokees for that matter. Note that without the cooperation of North Carolina and Georgia, the treaty will be ineffectual. Spanish and French make great efforts to engross the trade of Indians. We will be looking at what is happening in Space News. By space news, that's outer space news. Who and what's going up and who and what's coming down; and even some things that may be coming down the pike. Al (Donald Jacques) and Jo (PJ Hultstrand) will be our hosts for this unique spin on the news.
One of the key responsibilities of a school board member is negotiating the contract for teachers and staff. It is, by far, the place where most of the district’s financial resources are allocated; as well it establishes other protocols which affect student achievement. Each year brings new challenges. In 2015, what are those challenges? How should boards approach the Chapter 78 health benefit reform legislation? What is the importance of average settlement rates? How long can a district expect negotiations to take? What are some common misperceptions the public has about negotiations? Please join host Ray Pinney as he discusses these and other issues with Patrick Duncan, Manager of NJSBA Labor Relations Department.

Please join Ray and Devon as the discuss the recent plagiarism of Marvin Gaye's song "Got to Give it Up" by Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines". Robin Thicke's single "Blurred Lines"single was nominated for two Grammy at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards, including Record of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. With the estate of Marvin Gaye being awarded 7.4 million dollars as settlement do you think that it fair that people have being stealing elements of soul without giving credit? Is it cool that these blue eyed fair skinned soul singers are being propelled to fame? Check us out Mondays at www.trufbrosradio.com or by calling in 818 514 1202. For Saturday's broadcast, Derrick will discuss hot topics and current events like: more updates on the Oklahoma Fraternity scandal of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, the $ 7.3 M settlement Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams have to pay the Marvin Gaye estate for their 2013 hit "Blurred Lines" sounding very similar to Marvin Gaye's "Got To Give It Up."
The Mars One program intends to establish a permanent human settlement on the planet Mars. If all goes as planned, crews of four will depart every two years, beginning in 2024 -- with the first unmanned mission to be launched in 2018.
Mars One has been recruiting candidates for its initial missions and has recently announced 100 finalists from whom will be selected the first human beings ever to set foot on the planet Mars. Sabrina Surovec, one of the 100 finalists, joins hosts Phil Bowermaster and Stephen Gordon to talk about our future on Mars and beyond. Are we entering the era of human exploration and settlement of the solar system? Tune in and explore
Sabrina Surovec was born in Houston, Texas and moved to Austin to attend the University Of Texas, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in music. During that time she spent a summer abroad in Germany studying music and neuroscience, and discovered a love for travel. She's since visited over 25 countries and ended up living in Japan for the past 13 years.
She is currently the co-founder of an online English teaching company and she also works as a professional musician and photographer in the Japanese music industry. She has always had a love for knowledge, particularly about space, and a desire to visit the ISS or participate in some kind of space tourism once it becomes more readily available. Those are just some of the reasons she decided to apply for the Mars One mission.
My mom, Hattie Neal, is 92 now. She and I discussed events from her youth in the 1920's and 30's all the way up to the civil rights movement in the 1960s. We talked about what it was like to grow up in the rural South with her brothers, who went to CC Camp and later migrated North to Detroit. We discussed Tent City in Fayette County, Tennessee, which was a settlement former Black sharecroppers who were evicted by angry white landowners when they registered to vote. At the end of this tape, my mother shares interesting news about a KKK march through our neighborhood that you probably never heard about or imagined.
It was delightful to spend time this evening conversing with Mama instead of making reports about recent brutality and deaths under the color of law that I normally discuss. Alexyss K. Tylor did not broadcast at Human Rights Demand tonight as scheduled, but Mama and I had a grand time. You are invited to play the tape and join us.

In this episode of CreditHavins we will be going into more detail and depth in the alternative investments sector. Life settlements, real estate, and gold & silver.
My guest, LISA MARKS SMITH, will be sharing her vaccine injury story that has been a living nightmare for her after she received the Influenza Vaccine (Flu Shot). Here is an article written about her testimony: http://www.ageofautism.com/2010/12/adult-flu-shot-vaccine-injury-nightmare-drug-store-disability-could-happen-to-you.html. Lisa is also the author of Chapter 17: Get Your Affairs in Order in the book Vaccine Epidemic. Here is a quote from the book by Lisa, "A nurse told me to call my family. It is very difficult to tell your children good-bye forever. It was the most heartbreaking moment of my life." Her vaccine injury case went to trial and was settled out with the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, but the damage to her body is something that money cannot replace as she continuously deals with pain and surgeries. Please join us live on March 3rd at 12:00 P.M. CST. I will be taking callers with questions at 917-889-8895.

If we wanted to build new schools, new roads and those infrastructure improvement interfered with corportate profits then the government would have to bow to the corporation or be sued and our tax dollars used in the proceeedings.
If you find the meats, dairy, and other foodstuffs are posioous, diseased or unfit for human consumtion our agencies like the FDA.
If we vote on the measure and tighter regulations on like foods, polution, Fracking or GMO the Corporation would override our vote if it was not in thier monied interests.

Weed is legalized and wages are stagnate, jobs go to who know who and not what you know. Can your son or daughter find a job with a high school diploma?
“As of 2012, US negotiators were pursuing an investor-state dispute settlement mechanism, also known as corporate tribunals, which can be used to attack domestic public interest laws.
