look at the tremendous power that can come into our lives if we learn how to praise God in all situations.
In Psalm 50:23, we read, "The one who offers a sacrifice of thanksgiving honours Me, says the Lord, and makes a way for Me to show him My deliverance. Now what does that mean? It means that if you are in a tight spot right now, and you want God to deliver you from it, you have to make a way for God to show you that deliverance; for God to bring that deliverance. God will do the deliverance, but He cannot do that until you open a way for it and the way we open the way is by praising the Lord.
When King Jehoshaphat was surrounded by such a great multitude of enemies, he called the whole nation of Judah too seek God in fasting and prayer. That was absolutely a proper thing to do.
They prayed to God and, in their prayer, they acknowledged three things. You know what they said to God? They acknowledged their helplessness, they acknowledged their foolishness, and then they acknowledged their faith (2 Chr. 20:12). Now these are the three things we need to acknowledge too. It is easy to acknowledge our helplessness and our foolishness, to say, 'Well Lord, we have got no strength against this situation and we don't know what to do.' We can say that in all situations, but nothing happens, if you stop there. You got go on and say, 'Lord we believe that you will answer us.'
Jehoshaphat prayed, in 2 Chronicles 20:6-12. This is a pattern for prayer, something that we can learn from Jehoshaphat. Notice the seven things he prayed for. First of all, he praised God for His Sovereignty (verse 6). He said, 'Lord you are the ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations; power and might are in your hand, no one can stand against you.' You know when we pray to God, it is good to remind ourselves, first of all, of the sovereignty of God.
God’s Promises Bring Hope
13 For example, there was God’s promise to Abraham. Since there was no one greater to swear by, God took an oath in his own name, saying:
14 “I will certainly bless you,
and I will multiply your descendants beyond number.”[c]
15 Then Abraham waited patiently, and he received what God had promised.
16 Now when people take an oath, they call on someone greater than themselves to hold them to it. And without any question that oath is binding.17 God also bound himself with an oath, so that those who received the promise could be perfectly sure that he would never change his mind. 18 So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us.19 This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. 20 Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek.

This type of giving brings your peace that surpasses all understanding because it opens doors that no man can close and close doors that not man can open. Do you want this type of peace in your life? The Webster Phenomena is the realization of extraterrestrial and inter-dimensional (non-human) beings occurring and re-occurring all throughout nature. The fact that these beings can be found outside of Earth’s atmosphere and throughout the terrestrial Universe makes these beings extraterrestrial. The core being that I have discovered can be found in every aspect of nature. It is so prevalent in our experience that it has blended in perfectly, not only in the background, but also AS the background. They are the very scenery that all humans take for granted from birth. Until now, nobody has directly noticed these beings and spoke about it since Ancient Egypt.

The TalentCulture #TChat Show is back live on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, from 1-2 pm ET (10-11 am PT).
Last week we talked about how to make meetings worth everyone’s time, and this week we’re going to talk about the benefits of a blended workforce and the staffing challenges it brings.
The way we used to work is gone. The days of primarily being full-time or part-time have given way to the blended workforce — those individuals working as independent contractors, freelance workers and self-employed entrepreneurial talent side-by-side their full-time brothers and sisters.
Employers are now hiring record numbers of contingent workers and relying increasingly on this mix to achieve their goals. Not only that, these workers are happier, have achieved greater work-life integration and are profiting on their own. That’s welcome news for employers and workers looking to improve their opportunities.
But building and managing this blended workforce presents challenges on almost every front—particularly when it comes to effectively sourcing and hiring contingent workers. Employers need to think about — and hire — talent differently.
Join TalentCulture #TChat Show co-founders and co-hosts Meghan M. Biro and Kevin W. Grossman as they talk about the benefits of a blended workforce and the staffing challenges it brings with this week’s guest: Sunil Bagai, Founder and CEO of Zenith Talent, innovators of the powerful new staffing model for the contingent workforce called Crowdstaffing.
Thank you to all the TalentCulture sponsors, partners and supporters!
