Did you ever wonder how you would feel running the NYC Marathon?
This program is taking place 4 hours and 30 minutes into the NYC Marathon and I will be broadcasting as i am running and with a little luck, a lot of training and with the help of Rebecca Norrington my guest co-host we will cross the finish line on air.
in 1991 and 1992 I ran the Marathon with a finishing time of 4:20 and 4:40. Assuming the same times, maybe a little slower as I am 21 years older you and I should cross while I am on air.

Here is why our live guest Alan Kent Gorg and his wife Gwyn (website)(blog)made the film (YouTube) TECHQUA IKACHI (Land and Life). Alan has produced a new film "Prophecy and Pollution."
In 1969 Hopi elders in Hotevilla in northern Arizona were protesting against mining and oil drilling on their reservation. Their ancient prophecy foretold disaster, and they asked for a film.
I was on their side in resisting exploitation and pollution of their land but thought their prophecy of widespread disaster to be a desperate tactic and wild exaggeration. That was before anyone had heard of carbon or global warming. Now, forty years later, I have seen that prophecy coming true, and verified by the leading scientists of the world, and I see that I have been acting as a channel to spread that prophecy.
But the film, like the elders themselves, has been crying in the wind. People and politicians give lip service but seek alternative energy sources so we can all keep on doing what we have been doing, just minus the carbon. The Hopi prophecy says that will not work, that only a simpler life will save civilization, but consumer capitalism says no. The catastrophe is still on track because the worst will not fall on us, but on a future generation, as the change demanded is too much.
Pity our grandchildren!!!

May 2011 was the very first show of Strategies of Success and we are still going strong.
Thought it would be fun to do a show without a guest and see where it goes. I will tell you it is unscripted but not necessarily unprepared. How could I not think about what I will say after I decided to do the show. Now there have been times where unprepared is an understatement.
Join me for 30 minutes of me.
If you are interested in being a guest on this or the comedytogo radio show, just ask. For this one, I am looking for businesses, small or large that are achieving goals or overcoming hardships.
For the comedytogo show, if it has to do with humor as a business calll me, I am interested.

The "Dri4Heisman" campaign was set to launch for Kent State jack-of-all-trades Dri Archer. Unfortunately, Archer hurt his left leg on the opening drive for Kent State. After running it out on the sidelines, the Doak Walker (best running back) Watchlist nominee returned on the next drive. The pain obviously Archer knew he wasn't right and went back to the sidelines where the trainers began unwrapping his taped leg and reapplying it with ice. He left the game on three carries for ten yards. Archer has returned to the field and this week they host Northern Illinois who beat them in the MAC Championship last season 44-37. Listen in with Archer has he talks NFL, Kent State, and being pop warner dynamo.
