How many times have you looked at someone else's success and thought "why them and not me"? With social media making it easy for everyone to share their successes and accolades, it's understandable that some people would benchmark others' seeming success against their own. While many people share their success stories as a form of motivation to help inspire others, some people don't view it that way and it's unfortunate. Often when someone is bothered by another's accomplishments, it's because acknowledging someone else's success shine a big spotlight on where they miss the mark themselves.
Join me as I talk about Business Envy, why it exists, key strategies to help overcome it, and how to turn that envy into motivation to succeed in your own business.

What bothered you when you were little? Did your parents tell you that you threw temper-tantrums when you were two? What happened to that mentality that acted out "Watch Me -- I can do anything!"
Did you become associated with fear and doubt because of "Adults" in your life? Why do we rely upon others to be our barometers or thermometers? Meaning, who really knows what is right for you and who can provide or should provide for you or take from your efforts?
I say bring back toddler mentality! That is the very attitude that build America. It is still the attitude of people who come here today. People still immigrate to America because they know they are worth more to society than they can offer in their stagnant nations.
Let's go back! Let's daydream about what we are going to be when we "Grow Up" and let's make the world a better place by not following the "Big People!" Who are they anyway?
Come join your host "Just Jill" as she takes your mind places you may never have been before!

Okay...so...this was certainly different! Singer Michael Grimm couldn't make it to the show (apparently) BUT HIS FANS SURE DID! I have to say: in my three years of doing this show, this is the BEST show where the featured guest DIDN'T show! Michael's "Grimmins" came out in full force...they're so taken by him...I don't think it bothered them that he didn't even show up: they were just thrilled to talk about him!
Not at all what this show was supposed to be, but, all-in-all, not a bad show at all!
With his Southern personality and love of R&B, one can’t help but fall for Michael Grimm, the season five winner of NBC’s America’s Got Talent.
He would go on to tour with Stevie Nicks and Heart, and, in 2011, released his first major self-titled release. which charted at #14 on Billboard. In June 2012, Michael self-released Gumbo, and today he’s on the road with his Grimm’s Fairytale Tour, which tells the rollercoaster story of his life in song.
…And all this from a young man whose love stemmed from his grandmother – and her love of music.
Michael will be in Harrisburg on Sept 5, and before he gets here, we wanted to give him a nice welcome by featuring him here. So join us on Wednesday, Sept 4th at 1PM EASTERN.

Join me tonight as I talk to true crime writer, Ann Rule, whose daughter, Leslie Rule is also a famous author.
At the age of 17, Leslie would be Ann's photographer and go with her to trials.
We will be talking about some of the works of the Rules, including about when Ann's book Small Sacrfices came out and I was a new mom. I cannot stress to you how much the story of this (I hate to call her this) mother bothered me and still does to this day.
I will also be asking the famous mother and daughter authors some tips on how to get started on writing that book you have inside of you.
