Acts 4:13 "Now when they saw the BOLDNESS of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus" You can't get around it. One of the marks of the early church was a BOLDNESS -that marked them as 'having been with Jesus' ! Having problems with shyness, fear, timidity, lack of confidence-or any of all of their little 'cousins' ? Come to this weeks service. Just

Acts 4 You know these are crazy times we live in. No one can deny that and those of us who follow the signs of the times like Jesus told us to do know these are truly the end times. So let me ask you: Are you a bold believer or a cowardly 'Christian'? And honestly, does cowardness have any place at all in the life of a true believer? Do you even know how to express a true boldness in The FAITH and contend earnestly for it? Maybe you know someone that needs to hear the gospel b

I am still riveted by Solomon Northup’s powerful life story visually reenacted in the Oscar Winning movie 12 Years A Slave. Not only is it the TRUE story of a free Black man kidnapped and thrown into slavery for 12 years before escaping to freedom. It’s a documented historical event because Northup chose to tell his OWN story shortly after gaining his freedom in 1853. Had he not had the boldness and courage of telling his story, his amazing journey might have been lost forever.
Granted, your life is probably not as perilous as Solomon Northup. But you DO have stories that are worth documenting. Daily stories of things that happen in your life each day worth jotting down in a notebook to keep forever.
And that is our topic today. How you can capture your own stories, your joys and sorrows in daily chunks that won’t take you more than 20 minutes each day. It’s the basis of my fourth book, My Personal Journal, Chronicle Your Life One Day At A Time. Listen to today’s show and find out the many ways you can journal and how it will enhance your own sense of empowerment and confidence in all that you do for yourself, for others and for the world around you.
Rom 8:18-23 For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that is to be revealed to us. For the anxious longing of the creation waits eagerly for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not of its own will, but because of Him who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be set free from its slavery to corruption into the freedom of the glory of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. And not only this, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body.
Php 1:20 according to my earnest expectation and hope, that I shall not be put to shame in anything, but that with all boldness, Christ shall even now, as always, be exalted in my body, whether by life or by death.
Rom 1:18-20 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Job 12:7-10 But ask now the beasts, and they shall teach thee; and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee: Or speak to the earth, and it shall teach thee: and the fishes of the sea shall declare unto thee. Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the LORD hath wrought this? In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind.
Praise God! We are on the air with another presentation of "Let's Talk About Jesus". Your discussion panelists tonight are Drs. David & Melveeta Harewood and Minister Barbara Royer.
