    THE BACK BLOCKS

    in Hip Hop Music

“I'm here to tell niggas it ain't all swell.
There's Heaven then there's Hell niggas
One day your cruisin' in your seven,
Next day your sweatin', forgettin' your lies,
Alibis ain't matchin' up, bullshit catchin' up
Hit with the RICO, they repoed your vehicle
Everything was all good just a week ago
'Bout to start bitchin' ain't you?
Ready to start snitchin' ain't you?
I forgive you. Weak ass, hustlin' just ain't you
    Aside from the fast cars
Honeys that shake they ass in bars
You know you wouldn't be involved
With the Underworld dealers, carriers of mac-millers
East coast bodiers, West coast cap-peelers
    Little monkey niggas turned gorillas.

    Three Bitches and a Bottle

    in Entertainment

You know what’s awesome about my show? Everything. However, my most favorite of all is that I have access to super cool people.

People like Siobhan Desmond and Charlene Carmichael, creators of the hilariously crass and side-splittingly raw blog, Bitchin’ Sisters.

In a world full of stiflingly fake Facebook smiles and unachievably perfect Pinterest crafts, the Bitchin’ Sisters offer a breath of fresh air. Sure that breath reeks of wine and stale F-Bombs, but for a Snarky McSnark such as myself, that sh*t be fresh tah death, son. Believe me, I cherish a couple of broads who are unafraid to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the cursing, failing, bi-curious, imperfect truth, so help them… And this week on Confabulous! they’re here to do just that over a little game of “Have You Ever…?” Example:

    "Have you ever..."

"…lied to your kid's teacher to keep her from judging your parenting?"

"…told a police officer you had diarrhea to get out of a speeding ticket?"

"…been tempted to come clean with your kids about Santa so you could start getting some of the G-D glory for once?"

Yeah. THAT'S what's up. Do yourselves a favor and don’t miss this show, y'all—it’s gonna be epic. Fer rilz.

I hate Awards Ceremonies and We have not seen sales this bad since 2012

    in Business

http://paris911.com When it comes to real estate and the sales there of, some at the top love going to awards ceremonies. Paris and I, that is another story. While we are at the top, we don't like them at all. We only compete against ourselves, and we do that pretty well. I never want to be the reason why someone is feeling down falls prey to envy. Grant Gould from Spatial Match, the Bitchin' Lifestyle Search is going to be, as it is currently, one of the best real estate search engines on the planet. They have a lot of "fine" minds working on the process, and it was great when first released and is getting so much better. Looking at the current real estate inventory, we have seen that most of the real estate market has slowed down. The current levels of inventory are higher than they have been in the past few years. The buyers have more real estate to choose from and we have slightly higher interest rates. Let us know how we can assist you and, one more time in case you missed it, I hate awards ceremonies.
