To get along well with partners, family, friends, and business associates, giving the benefit of the doubt goes a long way. But what does "giving the benefit of the doubt" mean relative to consciousness? How can we use this marvelous tool without being vulnerable and taken advantage of? Why do we make other decisions out of our childhood issues that do not bring us the result we want? Why suffer, worry, rage, emotionally shut yourself down, or have one more sleepless night when we can learn to use "giving the benefit of the doubt" in a loving, healthy way?
Join us for this live, call-in show where we invite your questions and comments, where we discuss in detail immediately implementable, ascended solutions to life's every day challenges.

The emotional impact of a disability and its effect on quality of life are important to consider for both the individual and caregivers, and can lead to depression and anxiety. Many types of support groups that are free and acessible are available to provide information, education and mutual peer support. Members of Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania (EFEPA) support groups join us to talk about how their lives have been positively impacted by their participation as individuals with epilepsy and caregivers.
