Music: No Use For A Name, Lagwagon, and Pennywise
Three weeks into the NFL season, and every week a starting quarterback has sustained an injury that will keep him out of games. Ben Roethlisberger is the latest quarterback to be injured. Early in the third quarter, Roethlisberger stepped up in the pocket and as he moved forward Rams safety Mark Barron rolled into his leg. The findings are a sprained MCL and bone bruise. Roethlisberger is expected to miss four to six weeks. The value of a back up quarterback is rising, and could change the demographic of how GM's build their rosters.
Another exciting week in the NFL, as the Ravens are still winless falling to 0-3 after losing to the Cincinnati Bengals. The Oakland Raiders have already won two games behind the good play of Derek Carr and Amari Cooper. There are seven teams off to an 3-0 start. Are these teams all playoff contenders? LIsten in and call the show with your thoughts.
Join Jeff Hartman and Chris Carter of Behind the Steel Curtain to discuss the latest Pittsburgh Steelers victory. The Steelers were 30-9 winners over the Cleveland Browns in Week 10 at Heinz Field, and move their record to 6-4 heading into their Week 11 bye week.
Landry Jones, who started the game, left in the first quarter with a left ankle injury, and Ben Roethlisberger came off the bench and directed the Steelers to an impressive win.

The Pittsburgh Steelers were able to defeat the St. Louis Rams 12-6 in Week 2 NFL action, advancing their record to 2-1. However, the victory came at a cost as the team saw their quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger, lost due to a left knee injury. Michael Vick filled in for Roethlisberger, and did just enough to help the team win the football game.

This week on the show, I'm joined by the Email Player himself, Ben Settle. I've been a member of Ben's program as well as an avid follower for a few months now. Because of Ben, I now mail my list every single day. Guilt free! Since I've learned so much from Ben, I thought it would be a great idea to have him on the show to share some of his wizdom with us.
Ben's an OG in the internet copywriting game. As you'll hear in the show, he's wrote the sales pages for several products I've bought. Ben is the master at finding creative ways to continually mail his list. His emails are one of the very few, that I make it a point to read each day.
Whether you're in internet marketing or you are an inside sales rep, Ben's email program will help you improve your writing skills, therefore getting more responses from your mailings. The Broncos sitll have a three game lead over the Oakland Raiders, in the AFC West. The suprising Raiders traveled to Heinz Field and tied the game late. Backup quarterback Landry Jones led the Steelers down the field to kick the game winning field goal after Ben Roethlisberger was injured. This is the second injury this season for Roethlisberger. After spraining his knee, he now has sprained his foot and his return is undetermined at this time. The Minnesota Vikings needed overtime to defeat the pesky St. Louis Rams. Ben Carson has come under fire for comments he has made regarding the Pyramids, his childhood, etc which has brought up the conversation whether or not he has what it takes to become the next President of the United States. People are suggesting his lack of holding a political office means he doesn't understand what it takes to become President. If memory serves me, President Obama was a junior senator before he became president. What other experience did he have other than being a community organizer? If a community organizer can become president then why not an accomplished neurosurgeon. President Obama didn't have any real ideas to move the economy forward, no foreign policy experience dealing with Islamic terrorist, no energy policy to help the United States to become energy independent and definitely no way of bridging the "income inequality" gap. We will also look at the GOP debate and I have to wrap up some comments on the last episode "When is a child not a child"
PT1 BEN AMMI AND THE KINGDOM OF GOD
In these difficult days and times we often look to spiritual leaders for guidance and instruction in our lives. As Christians (followers of Christ) should these leaders speak from their mind, or from what is written based on the word of God? This show will examine things said by men and woman claiming to be Gods ministers to reveal whether or not they are speaking Gods word and doing his will. 1Pet 4: 11 If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of God; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through JesusChrist, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.We hope you tune in and listen to our show. We air programs on Blog Talk Radio at the following times: Sun 2:00pm, Tue 8:00pm, Wed 7:00pm, Fri 7:00pm & Sat 9:00am all eastern time.
