As we surrender to the life we want, who we are, and our truth, our hearts will open and expand to all the new possilbilities that freedom will bring. Standing authentically in our freedom, we will attract more of who and what we want in our lives. As we are aware of the changes and are willing to embrace them, we will have the chance to choose us and to say yes to ourselves! Embracing ourselves will lead to accepting life and all it has to give.

A new month brings a new step to Freedom and this month is bringing us a doozy: Surrender. What does surrender mean to you? We will be discussing letting go of our preconceived notions of what we thought our lives would be or should be as we embrace who we really are, surrendering to all of our uniqueness and accepting ourselves more fully. Surrendering to what is and what will be is powerful. As you fully embrace yourself and release the judgement you have towards yourself you can stand in your integrity, your heart will begin to open, and you have a chance to humble yourself to your wonderful reality. Your life is completely up to you.

As you surrender to yourself, you can choose to accept and come fully into yourself. This can only increase your integrity. Standing in and loving who you really are is going to feel vulnerable yet as you accept and love yourself your relationships will deepen and expand. You will also be giving everyone around you permission to do the same. Surrendering to the your truth and the truth of your fear that has been holding you back will give you the opportunity to propel forward towards freedom.

We will also discuss tools that will help you along the way towards your goals. You will find that holding yourself accountable will increase your confidence and move you forward. We are wrapping up step 6 to freedom: Present Moment. Listening to your intuition will support you to become clear. As you only focus on the here and now, you let go of the clutter in your mind. You let go of the worry of the future, and the guilt of the past, allowing the present to be clear, so you can embrace it more fully. As you continue to take this step forward, your focus will increase. The next steps of action will present themselves to you. As you go for these risks and opportunities, fear may appear and want you to avoid them. Don't give in to fear. Avoiding future joy will not decrease future pain. Go for your dreams and live your life to the fullest. Take nothing and no one for granted. Love yourself and everything that comes your way. Accept fully the present in the present moment.

As we shared "No one can be fearless alone" (Rhonda Britten), so it is important that you have a team behind you ready to heed the call. Your teams will consist of: Support Buddies, Wise Council, Voices of Experience, and Powerful Partner. We will explain the different roles they play and how to invite them to your team. By creating your fearless team you will be setting your self up for sucess. We will also be hearing from one of our listeners Jay again and see where he is now on his journey.
