The I. H. Elders will be speaking about courage that we all need in these times. Let's encourage one another in Yah. Deuteronomy/ Debarim 31:6 “Be strong and courageous, do not fear or be afraid of them. For it is your Mighty One who is going with you. He does not fail you nor forsake you.”
New King James Version (NKJV)
6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the Lord your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.”
7 Then Moses called Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel, “Be strong and of good courage, for you must go with this people to the land which the Lord has sworn to their fathers to give them, and you shall cause them to inherit it. 8 And the Lord, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”

Donna Morin knows what it’s like to not feel well. Having lived through severe asthma attacks, seasonal and food allergies, cervical cancer, weight gain, and debilitating back pain, she understands how illness can affect moods, relationships, and work performance. But what Donna has learned, through years of research and her own personal health journey, is that we have control over our health. Illness is not the mystery we are led to believe it is, and science is proving that genetic expression is largely influenced by our lifestyle habits.
Donna Morin is an AADP-certified health coach and founder of Better Off Well. As a mother and former elementary teacher, she understands the demands placed on parents that often make it difficult to feed a family within time and budget constraints. As a writer, she shares information about relevant wellness topics through her monthly published wellness column, various parenting publications, and her own website http://betteroffwell.com .

When we feel overwhelmed by the state of our world, we can take courage. Jesus, who defeated death is still at work. Therefore our first response must be to pray. Prayer makes a difference. It works. Whenever a "World Vision" enters a community or responds to a disaster, we consistently find that God has been at work long before we arrived. He is changing hearts and responding to needs—often in miraculous ways. Prayer allows us to stand alongside the work that God is already doing.
Christian organizations are on the ground making a difference in all many places and vairous ways. Support their work. Volunteer, donate, pray, advocate for their cause. Knowing that God is at work and you are joining him can transform our attitude toward situations that might otherwise seem hopeless. Maybe we can't fix a problem all by ourselves, but we can make the situation better for someone.
