President Obama addressed the world drawing the perverbial "line in the sand" on the issue of immigration reform and other issues.
For those who may not be familiar with the "line in the sand" reference: Colonel William Travis, commander at the Alamo during the Texas fight for independence, called the men together, gave a moving speech and then with the blade of his sword be drew a line in the sand. Then basically said, "those with me join me on this side of the line; those who don't bye-bye".
Well, the line has been drawn on the topic of Immigration Reform and the "Do Nothing Congress". Obama has made his stand.
If the GOP does not come up with a "workable plan" very quickly, Obama says 'I will do something" and went on to say "If you don't like it, sue me.
Join me "In the Pickle Barrel" at 7am-8:30am EST to discuss this issue and more.
I read an article on the Huffington Post (so you know it isn't well thought out plus the article was written by a guy who regularly co-host Al Sharpton's show) that for all the challenges President Obama faced coming into office he has done a better job than George Bush. Oh really?!? Can you tell me what has Obama has acutally accomplished? I have a lot of friends who want to make excuses for the things Obama has tried to get done with all the opposition he has faced. The main excuse is his skin color. When President Obama was running for office the first time, he ran on the same platform as former President Jimmy Carter. Before now Jimmy Carter was the worst president in US history...until now!!! It is like taking the playbook from a coach who loses and thinking you can win with the exact same plays. President Obama has been able to cover up his incompentence for six years and now there are so many scandals he does not know what to do with himself. All of the people he has put in charge to run different departments have shown themselves as incompetent. I have repeated said the President takes a lead from behind approach. He has nobody that can get ahead of situation or even inform him of problems coming up on the horizon. It should not be surprised that his approval rating is so low. Also Russia to deny US from Internation Space Station, Bergdahl's investigation to begin, missing IRS emails,
1 Romney looks and acts presidential
2 democrats look feeble and unable to lead
3 world events make Americans want a real leader like Romney
4 Romney is great family man
5 Romney is a compassionate and religious man
6 Romney isa man of his word, unlike Obama
7 Romney will care for all americans, not just liberals and african americans like Obama does now
8 Our military will respect Romney
9 America really needs him
10 His wife is an asset and truly loves america.
There are many rank and file Republicans who believe President Obama should be impeached. They point to what they believe are numerous impeachable offenses, including the most serious charge; a deliberate failure to "faithfully execute" the laws of the United States.
Democrats and the press ridicule the notion of impeachment, saying that the very high bar set by the Founders to remove a president has not been met.
Aside from the notion that impeachment is impracticable, is it time for a serious discussion about reversing the election of 2012 and removing President Obama from office?
This week's epsiode of the RINO Hour of Power will feature Washingtin insider Bridget Johnson and IDB editorial writer Monica Showalter. The panel will examine issues raised by the impeachment debate and ask whether there is actually a serious case to be made for it.
The show will stream live from 8:00 - 9:00 PM Eastern time. A podcast will be available shortly after the end of the show.
Denny and Rick are back at it again. This show they will conclude the segment on Obama and his dishonesty. They will also be discussing the border crisis and the latest developments there. Next on the list will the the Ukraine situation and then if there is time left a bit on the recent gay narriage ruling.
So join the guys as they do what they can to Wake up America..... Before it's too late.
The GOP side is being accused of stalling in their efforts to solve the border issue. The Democrats are taking the wrap of wanting to give away the farm and sending out the Welcome Wagon. What ever the case, whoever is at blame the fact remains the crisis continues. The flood of illegal aliens is flooding the border states while at the same time draining manpower and resources that should be used in preventing the flood itself.
Both sides of the House have submitted bills for increased funds (both riddled with issues unexceptible to the other).
President Obama continues to be in the background watching the tennis match in Congress.
Who will win this game?
Will there be a winner?

Is the White House Educational Policy impacting your child's ability to get a quality education?
Before, it was Bush with No Child Left Behind; now, it is Obama with Race to the Top.
How is the White House Education policy driving Quality Education and Student Progress / Success? Are we really closing the 'GAP'? Do we understand Common Core, School Ratings, the Charter School Movement and Teacher Evaluation?
What do we really think about the National Education Policy?

President Obama on is really becoming an embarrassment has demonstrated recently with his comments regarding the Malaysia Airlines flight 17 which was shot down near the Russia-Ukraine border.
In his speech on July 17, he comments that "this may be a terrible tragedy…" And spends a whopping 40 seconds commenting on this issue and then skips for word into MC mode and continues on with his day which includes two Democrat fundraisers.
This guy can't even pretend that he cares and sadly, where's the outrage from Congress?

This post originally appeared at The Nation.
The Republican Party was, for a vital century, the American political party most closely aligned with the cause of civil rights. The invariably realistic Frederick Douglass explained that, “I knew that however bad the Republican Party was, the Democratic Party was much worse. The elements of which the Republican party was composed gave better ground for the ultimate hope of the success of the colored man’s cause than those of the Democratic Party.”
Well into the 20th century, Republicans took seriously their history and their responsibility that went with it. They worked to earn the votes of African-Americans and all supporters of equal justice under law, declaring in the party’s 1960 platform that:

Bards Logic welcomes US Senate Libertarian Candidate Robert Sarvis. We discuss the changes in America's economic and social culture. Republicans are seen as more fiscally conservative, while Democrats more socially tolerate. Are the Libertarians an amalgamation of both and is this where America is beginning to lean? We will also discuss his campaign and stance on issues important to Conservatives and the Grassroots.
