085: How to Not Get Fired

    in Business

There are 80 million Millennials out there and no, not all are lazy and entitled. There are plenty who want true freedom, prefer entrepreneurship to the 9 to 5 grind and are hungry for mentors who give them the real deal.

Grant Cardone and his millennial protégé, Jarrod Glandt target the under 35 crowd with the tips and insights they need to succeed in any economic climate. Between the loose laid back banter and the frequent references to Jay Z, Kanye, Led Zeppelin music and other pop culture millennial viewers consider Grant their “millennial mentor” and can’t get enough of Grant and Jarrod’s straight up no BS advice.

If you’re relying on yourself, your family is relying on you and you want to make sure you can pay your bills.

    Why Employers Fire Millennials:
    1. Employers don’t want to be babysitters
    2. The anti-work attitude is not appreciated
    3. Millennials happiness is not the employer’s responsibility.

Whether you’re a millennial or not, this list is applicable to you.

    How to Not Get Fired:
    1. Make it your mission to obliterate stereotypes about Millennials
    2. Be hungry to make a difference in your position
    3. Do the things that others refuse to do

The reality is that it is hard work to get a job. Stereotypes exist but you don’t have to live under them or fulfill them. Do everything you can to prove that those are incorrect—don’t be a victim to them.

Listen to the full episode on podcast or video to hear all of the in-depth tips.

Monday Miracle Messages with Mary F KARMAn

    in Spirituality

Join me in connecting with what I've come to call as "The A Team" from the Other side of the veil!

I had a "Near Love Experience," not a NDE, I couldn't refer to it as a death, because there is no death, and we are all Divine Eternal Beings!

I was shown at a young age how to communicate with The Archangels, Ascended Masters, Ancestors, and loved ones who had crossed! I use to call them my babysitters, and possessed most of the  "Claires," until I was told to be seen, and not heard, at the age of 8,

At that time, I buried these gifts very deep, which took my "N.L.E., to Re-Member who I was, and the messages needed to be brought forth at this time!

Please connect with me, Mary F. KARMAn, on Monday's Miracle Messages, to talk and share in The Support, The Love, and The Light from the Angelic Realm, The Other Side of The Veil!

"May Day (Scenario #75)" - COCKTAIL CONVERSATIONS with David Glover

    in Radio

Does loneliness, sexual frustrations supersede child safety in relationships? I know many people would say that is a easy answer but unless there are a lot of liars why does it continue to happen.

Let's look at Scenario 75 May Day and see how you would handle this situation

It’s your best friend’s 40th birthday party, and you don’t have a babysitter for your six-year-old daughter. This guy you have been dating the last two months is sitting around getting ready to watch the Mayweather fight and volunteers to watch your daughter for you.

Do you go to the party that night?

Why the truth will never come out by Woody Allen about Dylan Farrow

    in Dads and Family

I was buillied on Facebook this week for suggesting, just suggesting that Dylan Farrow forgive her step-father, Woody.  When Dylan Farrow was 7 years old, strong allegations were made with eyewitness testimony by two babysitters that nearly confirmed that Dylan Farrow was sexually abused by Woody Allen.  Mia Farrow swears by it.   An op ed piece came out in the New York Times last year around the time Woody Allen received a lifetime achievement award.  It was written by a 28 yr old Dylan Farrow that her father had indeed sexually assaulted her.  Maureen Orth, a journalist who studied the situation, court testimony and doctor evaluations for 20 years wrote a 10 part list in Vanity Fair implying that Woody Allen was guilty by the surmountable evidence.  Moses Farrow contends that his mother was on a hate rampage and brainwashed the kids into thinking Woody Allen had done it when he had not.  Even so, we have all taken our bent on the subject matter and made our conclusions.  I want to address the format I suggested the forgiveness in was probably not the wisest and apologize to the I support Dylan Farrow FB page.
